IF YOU CARE FOR SAFETY, DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION. Aside from incompetent front desk staff/supervisor and bed linens being dirty, our door lock didnt work properly which compromised our safety. The bolt/lock had us stuck inside our room(16th floor) and when we called security, we found out that they knew about the issue from a couple of days before we checked in. I cannot explain how scary this is as Istanbul is known to have earthquakes all the time and if something bad had happened during our stay, we won't be able to make it out just because the management of this hotel didn't care to fix the broken locks. This is is the worst hilton we've ever stayed at.

The rooms are OK, but the food is not good at all. It is not many types to choose between. They haven’t even a coffee at lunch and dinner.
When it comes to service it is the worst service ever. The staffs chasing you almost to give them good review and 5 stars.

We stayed at this hotel for the HOMETEX 2024 exhibition between 21-25 May 2024. We have chosen this hotel for exhibition accommodation in previous years. This year, we hosted more than 20 customers from 5 countries here. While many hotels fail to maintain the service quality of the past, this place has significantly improved its service quality compared to our stays in previous years. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team, especially Ms. Rüya, who hosted me, my team and my guests from various countries of the world in the best possible way. We will host our large guests here again next year. I sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was the cleanest Hilton hotel I have ever experienced, and the breakfast was delightful. The hotel is baby-friendly and offers excellent accessibility to nearby shopping malls. While we opted not to visit the historic part of Istanbul on this trip, I would advise those interested to consider the considerable distance and potential traffic issues.

My recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at Atatürk Airport was elevated by the exceptional hospitality of the staff, notably Karla at dining and a wonderful housekeeping lady on the 15th floor whose name I regretfully cannot recall. Karla's attentive service made every meal delightful, while the housekeeper ensured I never ran out of water and made my bed impeccably every day. These personal touches of dedication and care truly set my experience apart, showcasing the high standards of service Hilton is renowned for. I am deeply grateful for their efforts in making my visit memorable and comfortable.

We were forced to stay here because of a missed connecting flight and the staff at this hotel, specifically Can at the front desk made our stay memorable. Can was super apologetic and kind when he heard about our circumstances and was helpful in suggesting food options as well. The rooms were comfortable and the shower was fantastic.

While the hotel presented a pleasant and well-maintained environment with a friendly staff, it may not be the ideal choice for tourists or families. Situated in a somewhat secluded location, I observed that both local residents and fellow hotel guests did not exhibit a welcoming attitude towards foreigners. Consequently, I have decided not to consider staying here in the future.

Great hotel. Stayed for one night. Nice room and great service at the front desk. I slept very well. I don't know about the locations as I arrived and left with a taxi going to/from the airport.
