I recently stayed at this hotel and it was extremely disappointed with the experience. First off, the check-in process was a nightmare. It took forever, and the staff seemed completely disorganized. Poor English language as well .
By the time I finally got to my room, I was already frustrated.
But the worst was yet to come. The room itself was far from clean. The housekeepers clearly didn’t do their job properly—dust was visible on surfaces, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in days. To make matters worse, the room was full of mosquitoes, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep.
For the price they charge, I expected much better. Honestly, this place feels more like a 3-star hotel, and even that might be generous. It’s way too expensive for nothing special. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

Hotel room is lovely with inclusive coffees and refridgerator. Staff very kind and speak english. Food is very delicious and lots of variety. Not in the most beautiful location but the inside is very fancy

Thank you to Zara and the whole team at Lionel Hotel we had a wonderful 10 night stay here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and I cannot wait for our next trip to Istanbul and be back here!

This is a very smart hotel. Check in is swift and fast. The team are friendly. Room is decent size and clean. Chambermaid are friendly and gave them tips everyday for all the 4 days I stayed. Room service is awesome. They tried to accommodate my request and they do beautiful breadrolls. The only negative thing about this hotel is its location. Bang right in the middle of an industrial area, surrounded by building works. Nevertheless, Would recommend 100%.

The hotel is good, very clean rooms, clean facilities. But the location is not good for tourists at all. It's in the middle of an industrial neighborhood. You have to use taxi to go anywhere

Very, very good hotel!
The only negative thing is the location(because I had a car, it is not important for me)
The room was comfortable, very clean and comfortable
The furniture and facilities are new and sufficient
Breakfast was so good, too

It was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Value for money. The room was clean and large containing all the amenities. They sent us a complementary breakfast which was so delicious. Just loved it, highly recommended!

Was an excellent hotel. Highly recommend staying here. After my surgery at bashari hospital i was sent to this hotel for my stay. I enjoyed the recovery process in this hotel as everyone helped me. As well as the maid helping me a lot and disinfectant the room, washing my sheets and always attended to my requests. Receptionist also very kind and helpful. The restaraunt downstairs was lovely. The waitresses were very friendly, positive and helpful. I want to thank everyone there and highly recommend this hotel 10/10 best hospital. I came from australia and cant wait to see you again once i come back. Feel like its my second home! Really appreciate all the support, and see you again.

The hotel is very nice but there is nothing close by. the view It is terrible. I post a picture from my room. The hotel is located in an industrial area and an area for car repairs and carpenters. Imagine waking up in the morning to the sound of engines and car repairs. If you want to visit any place, you have to wait hours to see a taxi. In the.The reception is very bad. My wish was to see any of them smile

The hotel is very well designed, the rooms are big and spacious. I booked a corner suite on the top floor and the view was spectacular. The customer service was outstanding, the staff went above and beyond. I wanted to particularly call out Kadriye who worked on the front desk. She organised a wonderful tour for me and when I left my headphones behind she helped me find them and organise sending them back to me in London. Thanks so much!
