Hyatt Regency Istanbul Atakoy

Very beautiful and chic! The hotel is very clean and smells heavenly. We had a room with a view and the room was cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly and answering to every single possible query that we could have. Better leave your car at the hotel and walk about less than 10 minutes to the Atakoy station to take the Marmaray to the city center. About 15min trip with the train. If you don’t want to eat at the hotel, there are many places around, but the cheapest and most popular seems to be Bakirkoy, about 15-20 min walk from the hotel. Amazing experience! Personal advice: have a walk along the coast during sunset.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hyatt in Istanbul, chic and classic interiors with a modern touch. Great lounge and dining spaces, with a dedicated outdoor space overlooking the pool and view of sea scenery. My room was cool and clean, but bedding was a bit stained at the foot end of the duvet upon arrival. Looked like a water stain perhaps from ironing so I didn’t care to report it. The food was great, big portions and staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to have breakfast due to an early flight but I’ve heard great things about it. Can’t wait to stay there again soon.

We had a good time.. service is quite good, and they try their best to fulfil your needs..
But keeping price in mind (not cheap), and comparing the place to other similar hotels, things could be definitely better..
Rooms are not as big.. very basic toiletries..
Food at the hotel is good, but it still could be better..
There are 2 swimming pools.. Hamam, Sauna and steam room.. Hair dressing as well (very handy).. and a nice rooftop area..
Parking available..
Generally speaking, I like the place. However, I might pick a different place next time..

Outstanding hotel across all areas; rooms, service, amenities, location, staff. Stayed five nights as part of a company event for 150 colleagues and while large the Hyatt Regency Atakoy felt warm, personal and intimate. This is in great part due to the friendly staff, interior design and location. While a thirty to forty-five minute drive from the city center (due to traffic) the neighbourhood is leafy, safe and residential. The closest public transport is Ataköy Metro Station, a fifteen to twenty minute walk. The standard rooms are a good size with a queen bed, a sizeable bathtub, a large working desk and outstanding storage options. The check-in process was seamless with the check-in staff always available to address all requests. The breakfast and lunch options in their main restaurant Brizo are great with a series of food stations serving cereals & grains, fruit, eggs & omelettes, Şarküteri corner and cheese room. The large outdoor terrace is great, overlooking the swimming pool and the sea. The best two features are the spa & pools (indoor and outdoors) and the rooftop bar in the sixteen floor offering amazing views of the city. Their airport transfer to IST and SAW comes at a very steep price with 2–10 passengers charged at between € 99,00–€ 275,00. Give car service Welcome Pickups a try - € 45.00 to € 50,00 instead. The on-site parking is free for up to 15 minutes with up to two hours costing 100 TRY and up to six hours costing 150.

Rooms and service are excellent.
Priced out of having breakfast, so went elsewhere for a quarter of the cost. Same with the spa treatments, found alternatives at much lower prices which were excellent.
Lovely hotel though.

Our waiter at Breakfast everyday was Excellent his name is Tayyip, Food was delicious and Egg Benedict was the best ever. However Hotel Management was Terrible, we had informed them when checking in that due to Hotel being Far from Central Business district we would be checking out early and would stay at their Hotel for 3 Nights, they agreed would process the refund from their Reservation Department after we check out and after we checked out they have refused to refund to Expedia's, we have appealed
