Everything was good organized. Most importantly, the personal are well trained to manage all guests equally and politely, independent of skin color or origin. I highly recommend this hotel especially for short stay when transport to and from airport is guaranteed, example through Turkish Airlines.

I have stayed in the hotel for 5 days and had a good experience there. The staffs were really helpful and friendly. Even though most of the staffs speaks Turkish language, there are some who speaks english, which is useful for the people who come from english speaking countries. They offer a great turkish breakfast with lot of options. The housekeeping people are also really friendly. I haven’t had a bad experience from there. The one negative thing I have noted is that, if we want to order breakfast to our room(which we need to pay), the room services are not available in the morning. I have tried this 2-3 days and there was no response from the room services. Other than that the hotel offers great service, nice view through the windows and good restaurant with lot of food/drink options.

Stayed here for one night and it's a good hotel. Gym is big and has more than most hotels, swimming pool is big and indoor, and the staff are helpful. Breakfast buffet has a lot on offer. Very good value for money.

Pro:- The location is accessible to different locations via taxi or walkable to nearby Mahmutbey Metro Station.
212 mall is just a 15-minute walk
We stayed 2 nights in the comfortable, clean, and spacious Queen room.
All the basic amenities in the room are working well, we enjoyed our stay and had good rest! Would visit again for sure
Note:- when we were her the housekeeping staff is doing all the deep cleaning of the common area and toilets which is very impressive 👏
Con:- Reception staff need more smiles and friendliness, even upon check in/out or when we returning from outside; they just stare at you and not even a smile or Greetings! Not like any of the Wyndham hotels we have been to ...definitely there's more room for improvements in terms of customer service 🙄

I came for medical tourism. And although badge clinic failed massively. This hotel made things so much better. Manager is a lovely man. Staff are very sweet and caring. Highly reccomend staying here.

I was placed here due to a Turkish Airlines overnight delay. The hotel was very clean, rooms very spacious and the breakfast has excellent, tasty options. Very comfortable place to stay. Only downside is location means a taxi ride to see or do anything as its not nearby anything

Good: spacious & hygiene room as well as friendly receptionist.
Cons: you need to bring your swimming cap (for male with short hair) if you want to use their swimming pool... and there are no clear notices board for this rule.

I loved the kind and professional approach from their staff. We booking through 3rd party and reception staff was kind enough to upgrade us to club rooms.
The breakfast was superb. We could see almost everything from turkish delights.
Room amenities are complete and I would suggest to keep prayer mat in all the rooms.
Valet parking was best.
Overall this property is recommended 👌 👍 ☺️

I had a fantastic two-day stay at this hotel during a work trip. The location was convenient, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making my stay truly enjoyable.
The highlight of my stay was definitely the food. The breakfast spread, with a "Swedish table" concept, included fresh fruits, pastries, yogurt, along with hot options like eggs, pancakes, and sausages. This culinary experience added a delightful touch to my visit, making it even more memorable.

The level of customer service from front desk is poor. The valet to the people behind the desk lack basic customer service and interaction skill. The English of the staff is limited and they will try to overcharge you for going very slightly over check out even though they don’t tell you clock out time when signing the papers.
Furthermore, the whole building and hotel reeks of cigarette smoke. You are not allowed to enter the pool without paying for a hair cap which doesn’t make sense especially for those with short or small hair. Lastly, the gym facilities are poor and there is broken / smashed glass in almost every glass panel of the gym.
