Holiday Inn Istanbul - Tuzla Bay, an IHG Hotel

It is not my first time and it will never be my last. I always enjoy my stay at Holiday inn Tuzla Bay!

Awesome greeting, delicious breakfast, nice clean rooms and all other aspects are just great.

Many thanks for the wonderful team for hospitality and special thanks to reception managers Mr. Kudret and Mr. Fatih, sales manager Ms. Beyza, and all the way to the great general manager Mr. Emrah!

Ayed Almari

Not a tourist location but for business trips to this side of Istanbul and the local shipyards it is superb. Very friendly and helpful staff and it’s big enough but not too big. The terrace bars and restaurants looking over the water are excellent😊

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Perfect location for working on the ships or shipyards. Nice view of the bay if your into tankers! Gym is also handy.

Every time I come here, I know that I will be welcomed like a friend. Staff is just amazing. Food quality is great. Location is excellent. Atmosphere is always cozy.

Great hotel, beautiful location with exceptional service from all staff! Yakup is so great and helpful, he helped with organizing our taxi and bringing in our luggage. Kudret is a phenomenal front office person, truly the face clients need to see when checking in. His smile and friendliness is contagious.
Breakfast is soo good, good variety of Turkish and Western foods with breathtaking views overlooking the Bay.
I'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone who likes luxury st an affordable price and great customer service!

Good hotel. Good restaurants and nice staff. Bedrooms are good and the beds are all right. Bathroom is clean and cleaned properly everyday. Location is perfect when you need to be at the shipyards in the Tuzla area.
Only disadvantage is that a lot of staff does not speak English in a developing business area

The building and the rooms are very nice. Even nicer than many other Holiday Inn-s around the world.
Breakfast was good. Dinner priced quite cheap for a hotel but the food was avarage tasting.
The staff or Turkish people overall are weird. They have no warmness. It's like they don't want to be there. They have learned how to behave but it does not come out well. Many women especially look always angry. Also they have too many people working there. At the restaurant when I had my order taken then in some time comes another waiter to ask if I want dessert too. I told I already ordered one. Doesn't the staff speak to each other? It was only me and one other client there. And it's like this with many things and all the time.
I think the warmest person was the cleaning lady.

I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Istanbul. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Specially Hilal , working staff service was excellent. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

If You want to stay in Sea View rooms, you have to ask twice or three times and from different Receptionist. Mr.Purkan tried to give street view, while see view were available. The rooms are good if you don't feel the street noise. Also I liked the breakfast. But the location is not for family. The Hotel is convenient for Shipping Related business Visitors. As it's close to the Port.
