We visited this place first and probably last time.
Even that hotel classify it self as 5 Star hotel. It is not.
We arrived at the hotel late 8pm and we were tired after flight, so decided to go to their "Bistro restaurant". When we come there it was empty I'm talking about customers and staff. After we found someone and have been seated, we was given QR for the menu.
There was not many options, menu isn't helpful as it not describes anything and some options from the menu wasn't available. We choose "seafood pizza" and "beef noodle". Noodles was microwave, wasn't tasty at all, and "seafood pizza" only had tuna,calamari and oil. Disgraceful.
Every lift missing a button, rooms look ok on first glance but when you dig deeper you see dirt, ripped stuff, dust and broken something.
Cleaner visited a room even if asked not to, and we had "Do not disturb". So sometimes we couldn't rest properly.

Hotel has two pools indoor and outdoor. Indoor pool is free, outdoor is little fee but still I was expecting a bit more from 5* hotel. It is not a big problem.

The staff wasn't very welcoming and not everyone speaks English, I would say they "trying to pretend" that they do.

We booked a room with sea view, not being dishonest we did see sea but from the side and I was expecting more...

The breakfast isn't good and isn't bad there is many options to choose and I think everyone can find something to eat. But every day it is the same food. And from that price and 5* star hotel I expected much more.

And location it's self isn't that good for local cafe or malls.

Not even close to a good hotel. Definitely not a 5* hotel. Almost no one speaks English, service is horrible. I had to be there for 1 week and I hope I'll never return to that place. Even though I had a discount for a room, it wasn't worth it. Prices are way to high for Turkey, especially for a place which is that far away from the city centre.
Breakfast is every day the same, if something is finishing, no one is gonna refresh these choices. Veggies and fruits not fresh or even clean - hello diseases and vomiting.
Restaurant bistro is another level of stupidity. Waiters are not speaking English, at all. Food is disgusting. I've ordered seafood pizza and there was (I think) defrosted pizza with maybe 3ps of shrimps, slices of salmon and tune (all from a can). Totally different than in a photo. My friend ordered vegetable pasta the other day: pasta, ketchup "source" and 1 cherry tomato. 🤦🏻‍♀️
Service in general is very very very bad.
Cleaning is not good, sometimes they forget to empty your trash bin.
The room was old and a couple of things were broken.
Don't recommend it.

From our arrival we were given the wrong room. Then after staying for a few days a cleaner came into the room and stole £200 from us. We went to complain and were not offered the money back. When we asked to speak to manager we was told we can’t we were not allowed to even book a meeting or have a phone call all they gave us was the managers email. When I asked for a complaint report to keep this on file they wouldn’t give me one. The lady speaking to us was very rude she was smiling and laughing when dealing with us. We was then offered compensation of free dinner and lunch for the last couple of days, however this did not cover our losses as we were eating elsewhere at the local restaurants which were quite cheap would have a probably cost us £20 for the last 2 days. Furthermore when we did go into the restaurant to eat we had to tell the staff at the restaurant the situation multiple times which was quite embarrassing for us as the whole restaurant could hear what was going on as they were making a scene out of it. Absolutely not happy with compensation or the treatment by the staff would not recommended this hotel to anyone and I hope they teach the staff basic manners!

Dear friends, imagine that you cannot use the outdoor pool unless you pay an amount of 750 liras per person... knowing that we paid 200 dollars for staying and swimming... and in all rudeness, we are told that the hotel’s outdoor pool, which is present in all the pictures of the hotel, does not belong to them, but to another company. !

Firstly, there is no one to take our bags upon arrival or exit. We sat there several times and each time we loaded and unloaded our luggage on our own.
Secondly, the cleanliness of the rooms is not good. We found a water jug ​​containing used tea, and the bathroom was not clean.
Thirdly, I called reception several times and no one answered every time, and when they answered, my request was fulfilled. They said okay and they didn't come.

I am writing this comment as I was staying at this hotel today...... The room service never came to clean....I went down to the reception and asked for them to come twice and they did not come! You can imagine a hotel worth $100 per night, and they do not come to clean.... Yes, this is our last time in this hotel, and if there was a rating of less than one star, I would have put it down.

The only good thing was that they gave us a bigger room because we had a child and a lot of bags. I was happy about that...I hope they change the person in charge to deal with all these issues....as the hotel location and view are good

The rooms are below average, they are however large and spacious. Paper cups to make tea and stingy with the teabags. overall the hotel is quite run down. Receptionist are not welcoming at all they gave us our room key and that's it. Not welcoming or telling us where the lifts or facilities are. The level where the rooms are is dark with no lights. House keeping cleaned our room even though we had the do not disturb sign on. They would go into your room anyway and clean it. They took our bath towels and never replenished them. I do not know why they have a phone in the room as they do not pick up the phone. Air con does not work so the room was constantly warm. Spa downstairs came with the booking and probably was the best highlight of my stay. Although the women's area the steam room or the showers did not work.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days during my business trip, and I have to say it was quite a mess for several reasons. The rooms are outdated, mold in the bathtub and around bathroom, there's a lingering smell of cigarettes in the hallways and rooms that they attempt to mask with an excessive amount of cheap air freshener before you even enter. The furniture is damaged, and the WIFI is constantly lagging, fridge is noisy and mold inside. The air conditioning only works in strong heating mode and it was May during my stay when temperature can be about 26 degrees. On top of that, the hotel is located near noisy environments such as railways, a busy road, a mosque, and airplanes landing and departing above, making it difficult to cool down the room by opening the windows, if you want to rest in silence enviroment. The laundry services have limited hours, making it a challenge to get clean clothes on time. No iron/iron desk in the room. The breakfast is like a cheap buffet you'd find at a railway station, with limited options and low-quality food. To make matters worse, there's no coffee machine, only instant coffee available.
Security is lacking as there's no mandatory card check in the elevators when selecting floors. When do not disturb mode is turned on employees are ignoring it. They have entered my room arbitrarily several times during my sleep. Employees have a low level of English proficiency and don't follow through on their promises they give you. I was waiting 4 days to make up my room or laundry even it was requested several times. All in all, it was a disappointing experience.

Very bad experience in this 5 stars hotel.

the front desk staff kept assigning rooms on the first floor even though they knew the entire floor had electronic door problems.

On the third attempt they sent the caretaker who, obviously, didn't speak English.

We ordered 2 mixed grills and after an hour we were told that an error had occurred and they asked us if they wanted to eat something else.

At 11.45pm a cheeseburger finally arrived.

Rooms need maintenance since are not clean and full of defects.
Never again in this place.
