One of the best I have ever been in. I love it. Such hotels must be everywhere. A sauna is included which I use every time I am there. The breakfast is wonderful.

I stayed here 2 or 3 times. Big room. Water and coffee is there ever day. Check in upon arrival no matter in the morning time. My Check in was 9...9.30am. They care about guests very well

Other than that, everything is fine , just tolerate the team if they enter your room without knocking, or take the food from your table while you are still eating , or gazing at you with anger for asking for unnecessary things like tea

The housekeeper is very considerate, the welcome dessert and fruit are very good, all the drinks in the MINI bar are not only free but also very high-end, every time we come back from an outing, the MINI bar is filled up, and we get warm greetings and friendly chats from every hotel staff!

The view, restaurant and bar are all perfect, nothing can be faulted. Transportation is very convenient, buses and taxis are all at the door of the hotel, and the ferry is about 800 meters away from the hotel

Every manager of the restaurant does it personally, which is very enjoyable. The front desk, concierge, and room service are impeccable and fully staffed. Every need will be responded to and met in the first time
