Besiktas Serenity Hotel

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this hotel which is in the heart of Istanbul where everything is happening. I specifically liked how helpful and friendly the staff is especially Yaçer . He is a great help and kindly offered his assistance whenever we needed to book a taxi or check the timetable of fairies or even recommend great restaurants and so on .. he would even go the extra mile and try to check reservations and rides on his own personal phone ! Highly recommend it !

The location of this hotel is great, if you like Besiktas and the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. The hotel was clean and tidy, the service was good.
We picked this hotel as we were only staying 2 nights and the affordability was amazing compared to some of the other hotels in the area

Stayed there 3 nights. Very clean and spacious room for a central hotel. The location is close to a bus stop with lots of bus lines and good connections to all parts of Istanbul.

I stayed four days in the hotel and it was a lovely experience. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Very kind and helpful staff. Especially the director Soner did his best to help me with everything. Definitely will come back again.

I came from Italy to this hotel ,it was the amazing experience in this hotel i was there for 4 days .the staff was very kind and hospitable and help me a lot in everything. The room was very clean i liked the breakfast And all the room facilities and about the location i like it because it is so safe and acess to city center was easy thank you dear soner and mustafa. I hope to come to Istanbul again soon and come to this hotel. Thank you for everything

The Morning starts with the breakfast buffet presentation that’s was more than spectacular and the food was beyond delicious.
Tasting the freshly hot baked bread and the perfect combination of the turkish tea.
Enjoying every bite.
The rooms are clean and comfy.
