We stayed there for 3 nights. Hotel itself was super bad, cracked bed, broken ceiling, towels and bedsheets had many holes and color faded, there was a small window but when you open it you just see the wall of besides building. But location of the hotel was very good that you can go most of the attraction by walk.

This hotel is in a busy area. There’s no grand reception etc, but the room and bathroom size is bigger than most in this area that I’ve stayed at previously like Orka Royal or Miss Istanbul. We found it decent enough, we had the family room of four. They had dinner blankets that were like throws and we asked for duvets as the covers were fresh them and the throws have no cover. All our requests were fine. There is a small lift. Laundry guy is on the next block. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.

The door was hard to open , there was a big brown stain on the pillow, mold in each corner , there was a booger on my wall. The trams are super loud I couldn't sleep well and brown stains on my sheets . The cleaners didn't come for the first 2 days but on the third day they came .

Small and pops everywhere, it is cleaned every day but it is still an old hotel.

The worst hotel that can be found in Istanbul, very very very dirty hotel, very unpleasant staff.fuyeeeezz!! I was told not to take it, I didn't listen, fortunately I changed hotels the same evening. It must be closed due to lack of hygiene and learn at the reception to be pleasant, you will get ripped off 0/10

Only the strategic location of the hotel and the help of certain members of staff who try to meet our needs as best they can are worth highlighting, but this hotel is not a hotel! It is unacceptable to offer such unsanitary rooms to customers and at such a high price! All rooms need to be disinfected and renovated. My family and I wanted to spend a good vacation in Istanbul for a week, but without counting on the bedbug bites...a horror! I couldn't stop scratching! Do not book in this hotel, because the photos do not reflect reality at all! See for yourself with the supporting photos!!!

Just to share our experience - we were more families, with kids (some pretty small). We reserved on booking with free cancellation, but the money were withdraw well in advance to our trip. Not the initial conditions, but we were decided to go. The day of our reservation, we called and the reception told us there were no rooms for us available. They seemed to have a technical problem with the water.... After long talks on the phone they redirected us to another hotel, more distant to the main street and with other room configuration. E.g we paid for a 4 persons room and we got 3 persons rooms + a place in a different room. So, our suggestion is to pay attention, both to money taken in advance and to where you will end up sleeping.

Hotel is very unhygenic and not meeting the standards. Elevator is out of date and rooms are not the same as shown on the pictures. Also probably runned by some Arabs who can't speak Turkish and difficult English. We didn't stay a single day due to unhygenic reasons and didn't get our money back. DO NOT TERRORIZE your vacation with this hotel
