Wanda Vista Istanbul

We stayed with my family for three nights and were very pleased with our experience. The hotel upgraded our rooms for free, providing spacious and clean apartments and bathrooms.
Breakfast was diverse and excellent. The staff were welcoming and respectful. The hotel's proximity to Istanbul Mall and the availability of a large, free parking area were also very convenient.
But I have few other points to mention, one of the towels was not clean.
One of the sinks did not drain well, but it was fixed promptly.
The location is far from the city center, though it is convenient for those with their own car.

I came here to have a surgery and this was my accommodation after hospital to stay. The rooms are very clean and nice ! Staff is great and willing to please the front desk staff will go out of there way to accommodate! The guest service manager was amazing for me as I had surgery on my arms and was unable to do many things and he ensured I was taken care of !! Great place to be to recover

I got the room with Bath 🛁 and standing shower..
Only thing I didn’t like it before you turn on the heat or AC you have to call the reception and they will send someone to turns on for you………………….
You should guys definitely try out the foods really delicious 😋 you won’t regret it…………………………

Its excellent room service and offers great value with affordable pricing. The hotel features extremely well-designed rooms with comfortable beds and showers. However, there can be issues with the shower flooding, which might cause some inconvenience. Despite this, the room service is outstanding, earning a perfect 10/10 rating. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its overall quality and service.

The hotel is considering lime suits apartments. There are washing machines you can easily wash your clothes. My units are no balcony, but I'm not sure of other types. My unit is facing a big road, a high floor, so it is not really noisy. One living hall, kitchen is available. Very nice hotel. Hotel foods are also not bad. But the restaurant staffs is not friendly and slow.

This is more than just a hotel, with artistic design and spacious room. We stayed in a suite with very spacious room and nice interior design.

No doubt the hotel was flawless in almost all aspect but I would wish if there is a simple guide in english to teach the user how to use the washing machine. And if there was a small pack of washing powder for use. This would be thoughtful to non Turkish customers. Thank you.

Room layout is great and design looks nice. Very comfortable bed and couch. Bathroom had a washer/dryer (2 in 1) but we couldn’t find any detergent. Breakfast buffet is good enough. Location is convenient for taxis.

This is a comparison to other hotels I stayed at during my trip to Turkey. The room was relatively spacious and the bedding was comfortable, but there is no threshold in the bathroom, so when you shower, the water leaks out of the booth. It is very slippery and you have to be careful not to hurt yourself. The elevator is inconvenient and the breakfast is okay. There is a very small shop nearby, but it doesn't have many items and only sells bottled water and simple snacks.

All in all my 5days stay was great. Room is always clean, helpful staff, varieties of food for breakfast, fast room service, quality of food from the restaurant. Hotel is convenient to malls and has some little mart.
