Beautiful hotel, beautiful food and really helpful and friendly staff.
The spa and pool are brilliant, the gym has enough equipment to cover short breaks.
Cleanliness was excellent.
Positioned well in textile city for shopping malls and far enough out of Istanbul centre to be relatively quiet although it’s still a busy area.

I was staying in the hotel while I was recovering from surgery. The rooms were spacious and airy, the bed was so comfortable and the staff really were lovely and did so much to help.

I stayed there for 2 nights. When I checked in, the I didn't understand what the receptionist were telling me because it was half English, half Turkish. She was speaking very quietly, she tried to put some deposit on my card to be sure if I'm drinking anything from the mini bar. How can't you trust in your guest that they would pay for them if they are staying in a 5* Hotel? I didn't understand why we are not allowed to order food from anywhere else, why I need to choose anything from the restaurant? If I'm spending my money at your hotel, let me please feel free to decide what and from where I want to eat. My boyfriend went down for the food we ordered and the receptionist lady told him it is forbidden and they made a note for our room because of that. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Stayed for 2 days after a delay to my flight and was very impressed with the quality of amenities, service, and food. My family and I had dinner twice in the restaurant on the main floor and were served by Sila and Cetin, very much would like to recognize their excellent service, professionalism, and attention to detail. I HIGHLY recommend staying here and especially eating at the restaurant, the food was spectacular, full of flavor, and aesthetically pleasing 10/10!

Modern hotel, clean, good security.
They don't allow outside food in the hotel.
There are dogs outside that I could hear barking all night. The rooms don't have proper AC, so they're a bit too warm. The original room they gave me smelled like cigarettes, even though it was a non smoking room, so I asked them to move me. Once I moved rooms, it was better. However, like other people mentioned, I also smelled the sewer smell in the bathroom.

I also want to mention that staff came by the room to check on the mini bar during the day. They knocked quickly and then just barged in. I didn't even have a chance to get dressed. There needs to be a 3 knock procedure or something as I was very embarrassed.

The breakfast buffet is nice but people let their kids run around in there without supervision and the kids are not using proper hygiene in the buffet.. They touch everything. The staff didn't do anything to stop this.

Lots of tour buses and medical tourism type people staying here.

The neighborhood feels safe. There is a little grocery store, Bank, and some restaurants nearby within walking distance too. There is also a metro station, with a huge mall one stop away.

To get to downtown Istanbul, is easiest by Uber with only a 15 minute drive. This cost 500TL each way. The metro would be complicated and take over an hour.

I don't recommend this hotel. I took two bottles of Coke in and was questioned by the lobby staff. They said customers are not allowed to bring their own drinks into the hotel. As a consumer, can I only buy more expensive drinks in the hotel bar?

Weird hotel, feels like a prison and the customers are made to feel unwelcome.

The entrance has an xray for all your luggage as if entering an airport. The reception is behind glass as if it were a bank.

They take a mandatory “deposit” payment from you upon check-in. I had already paid for my stay. I understand all hotels take a card on file for expenses… this was not a provision but a set amount payment taken before hand. I’ve never seen something like this in even low quality motels let alone a supposed 5 star.

Then I ordered room service, and it is not possible to put anything in the room but everything has to be paid upfront.

There is no problem with cleanliness and beds were comfortable but would not stay again. There is no amenities like a dental kit etc. that you’d see in even 2-3 star hotels. It feels like they don’t want to provide anything, but everything is bolted down and the hotel is viewing its customers as potential criminals ready to steal anything or run away without paying for something. It made me feel uncomfortable.

The transportation is very convenient. I traveled a lot during the exhibition. Fortunately, the transportation is very convenient, the hotel is comfortable, and the sanitary environment is pretty good. I will come again when I get off the bus on a business trip.

It is a very good hotel, its facilities are also ***et sufficient for two people. Mini bar prices are a bit expensive, there is a shortage of markets in the area, this should be taken into consideration, however we did not use the mini bar, we ordered from the surrounding markets over the internet, ***et it was economical.
