I couldn't get connected to wifi because she refused to instruct us on how to connect , unless if i come down to the reception and declare my humility
She refused my laundry to be delivered to my room before I come down to the reception and pay first (never trust the client as a slogan)
Clearly, she didn't like my wife either. She hanged up every time my wife called to ask for any service before she said a word.
You may wonder how she's still in her job with this attitude, well, life if full of mysteries!
Other than that, everything is fine , just tolerate the team if they enter your room without knocking, or take the food from your table while you are still eating , or gazing at you with anger for asking for unnecessary things like tea.
The nice and wise client relation manager was very kind. She told me to call her when I face any difficulties, but it wasn't feasible to call her 10 times a day. I truly wish her luck.
The room was good, however the room was cleaned properly. They just changed the towels and did the bed up. The room wasn’t hoovered.
We stayed there for two weeks..
The coffee mugs won’t replaced with Clean ones. I had to wash them myself.
The breakfast was okay, but I think they need to improve and have more vegetarian options.
They had no bread slices,Just baguettes it was the same food every day nothing new I think they need to improve in the breakfast menu.
At the breakfast bar, the staff were not helpful at all. Didn’t understand the single word of English!
as we were about to leave on the last day our flight got cancelled we asked to extended hotel stay for two days. They had no rooms available. They were not helpful at all. The only person that was helpful was (CUNEYT
BELL CAPTAIN)
he got his phone out straight away tried to find us a hotel nearby. He made a couple of calls and got us a really good hotel for a good price. He went out of his way to help us.
