A long layover at Istanbul airport brought us to this hotel! 30 minutes by cab and we are there! Large hotel of several buildings, with cozy rooms, restaurant, cafe Starbucks and wine bar. There is a beauty salon and business center. Very friendly staff and cab rank next to the hotel. I recommend it, especially if you are flying on business.

Not a good hotel that is clearly focused exclusively on servicing large tour groups. Rooms dated and have lots of issues. Some hotel staff a little rude and stand-offish. Location is terrible for exploring central istambul. Takes between 50mins to an hour to get in and out of the centre which materially affects your plans.

I am very happy to have a family room. Service is great. Full amenities. It has a 24-hour corner store with pattisery and a bar. On-site restaurants and cafes. Sauna, spa, and beauty salon. Even a ballroom. The location is not really close to all tourist attractions. Be ready to hail the cab. I recommend using Uber.

Well I stayed in this hotel recently and I must say it was a pleasant surprise, rooms have plenty of space and very cozy. They have a very wide variety of choice for breakfast and a very nice employee, allways friendly and warm welcoming( unfortunatly didnt catch his name, but he's the only one that makes the omletes). The staff are nice and most are ready to help english speaking persons like myself. Just can't pass on congratulating a young trainee named Miraç for allways beeing extremely polite, helpfull and caring. Hope he will never loose his way of beeing cause he's the one that I will remember most in the best positive way.

Turkish hospitality at its best specifically the time I reached the hotel Mr Emre helped me with my luggage checked me in with very convenience and guided me to my room.

The bed sheets were old, pulled. No air conditioning, told it was turned off. The room : had to ask for bottled water.). Soap bottle leaking . Breakfast was excellent.

I stayed here for 2 nights during my Istanbul vacation trip. The stay was excellent and the rooms were good. I liked the food as well and the staff was quite friendly and helpful.

I have visited many countries and seen many hotels. I can say with confidence that my experience in this hotel was perfect and different. and this is what I found in this hotel The workers there were very cheerful. They were cheerful in their interactions, and I even recognized the cheerful person there, Sarder, who was a great man.

Since the hotel is FAR Away from the City Center/Airport , an easy transfer Services for guests should be provided free of cost .
Over all it was a wonderful stay .. In house Services were awesome. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Food quality was also very good.

I have been here before in October. I liked the cleanliness I liked the polite people here. The services are good. I am happy in this hotel and I gave five stars for everything in this hotel. Esra from guest service she is very helpful. I would recommend this hotel
