Me and my husband stay in this hotel.
The room was good, however the room was cleaned properly. They just changed the towels and did the bed up. The room wasn’t hoovered.
We stayed there for two weeks..
The coffee mugs won’t replaced with Clean ones. I had to wash them myself.
The breakfast was okay, but I think they need to improve and have more vegetarian options.
They had no bread slices,Just baguettes it was the same food every day nothing new I think they need to improve in the breakfast menu.
At the breakfast bar, the staff were not helpful at all. Didn’t understand the single word of English!
as we were about to leave on the last day our flight got cancelled we asked to extended hotel stay for two days. They had no rooms available. They were not helpful at all. The only person that was helpful was (CUNEYT

he got his phone out straight away tried to find us a hotel nearby. He made a couple of calls and got us a really good hotel for a good price. He went out of his way to help us.

Very limited choice during breakfast and dinner. Both coffee machines not working during breakfast time and when it became ready again, water instead of milk came out for cappuccino. Room is too hot no AC. Had to open window to cook down the room and ended up with bugs calls on and torture is at night.

Had this booked via travel guide. The rooms were fine. Food for a 5* was atrocious. Pool and sauna was good but the steam room looked like a construction site pealing off the walls. No joke. Sadly with Islam comes no drinking culture and that translates to cocktail making - poor man's drink rich man's prices. Location is trash as well as it may take you 2+ hours to go anywhere by taxi!

The hotel is luxurious and comfortable. It had a good breakfast, although the selection was a bit limited. The hotel had a good location and friendly staff. Unfortunately, there were also a few bad things: 1. The kiosk in the hotel was way too overpriced. It's a disgrace to charge 400 TL for a chocolate bar. Unfortunately, the room layout wasn't that good either. There was a huge entrance, but you could hardly move in the bathroom, even though we had a suite. The architect hadn't thought that through very well.
