Truly 5 stars across the board, Wishmore! As a solo traveler I felt very safe! The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. Even with limited time, they helped arrange a beautiful dinner cruise — all I had to do was show up, and everything was taken care of.
The hotel is modern, clean, and spacious. The included spa access, a peaceful escape. I felt like I had the whole place to myself. It was easily the most relaxing hotel experience I’ve ever had.
Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay. The location is also perfect — close to Forum Mall, lounges, nightlife, and only about 30 minutes from the airport.
I genuinely fell in love with Istanbul during my stay, and wish more played a huge part in that. They turned 24 hours into one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. I’m so thankful for the experience and will absolutely return.

The rooms on the platform only have twin and triple rooms. The room facilities are OK, but compared with the price, I feel it is not worth the price. The service of the staff is a bit slow. I booked a twin room, but they directly moved me to a triple room, and then changed it to a twin room. The experience was very bad. I don't recommend it.

This hotel has clean rooms, great breakfast and incredible spa. Separate sauna, steam room and Turkish bath for men and women. Pool is pretty big as well.
Location is next to huge mall but not central to tourist attractions. You will have to use public transport or taxi

We had an excellent stay at Wish More Hotel. What truly stood out was the amazing service — I needed to extend my reservation at the last minute as choice hotels at golden horn cancelled reservation last minute due to overbooking for paid room, but the staff at wishmore handled it smoothly while allowing me to keep my original room, which I absolutely loved.
Everyone at the hotel was courteous, genuinely helpful, and always greeted me with a warm smile. Their professionalism and hospitality made my stay feel special and stress-free.
The location is another big plus — it’s conveniently close to a metro station, making it easy to reach all the major attractions in Istanbul.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and accessibility. Will definitely stay here again!

The rooms are clean and quiet, it is nice to have free parking for guests. I did not experience any problems, I can go again

As it is a famous hotel, there is a security check even to enter the hotel.
The nearest station is a bit of a slope.
There are cafes and a large shopping mall nearby.
The hotel breakfast is delicious.
The hotel has a sauna that is like a bedrock bath.
There was also a fitness pool.
I am used to Japanese business hotels, so I was surprised that there were no disposable slippers, tissues or amenities, perhaps for the sake of the environment.
Although it is a famous hotel, the towels seemed old and used.
The front desk and doorman were kind.

Do not drink the water from the tap! I had stomach issues after drinking it. Good hotel if it was a 4 or 3 star. Average breakfast with good service.

I stayed at Wish More Hotel, and it's far from a 5-star experience—more like a 2.5-star by North American standards. Several issues stood out:
1. We requested a two-bed room and were denied, concluding us to order an extra small bed ourselves.
2. We wanted to leave £10 at the front desk to pay for a taxi, but they refused.
3. It took three phone calls to get just one extra pillow, despite asking for three.
The lack of attention to detail and poor service made for an unsatisfactory hotel experience. I won’t* be returning to the Wish More Hotel because L😂L I “Wish More” this was better hotel. 🏨

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights with Turkish Airlines stop over. This was my 10th visit to Istanbul but worst experience. Front desk reception staff were literally rude and disrespectful. I requested early check in at 3:30 am instead of 8:00 am. They made us wait 5 hours in lobby after all day travel not even offer bottle of water during wait. I would have been left if i was alone without too much luggage. Lot of other guests are suffering with same problem I witnessed. Hotel staff and rules make you feel that you are in Jail. Like they have you security checked after you came to hotel every time. Spa have rules that you try to avoid go to. They try to rip off the money with every small thing. Hotel was not that bad thought but definitely not 5 stars. But the staff working there definitely brings this hotel to 1 stars soon.
