If there were a rating below one star, this hotel would certainly deserve it.
We requested for family rooms on the same floor, a simple request that somehow turned into a drama. After arguing, they finally managed to arrange it, proving it was possible all along.
On the first day, a staff even opened our door with their own key card without permission. Imagine if we were changing? What a “warm” welcome.
Housekeeping was equally disappointing: toilet paper still floating in the bowl upon check-in, and a dangerously slippery shower floor. Not sure how this passed any hygiene or safety checks.
Then, we were disturbed before checkout despite a clear Do Not Disturb sign， attention to detail clearly isn’t part of the training. Staff also constantly spoke in their own language right in front of guests, showing little professionalism or respect.
And the best part? Breakfast. A so-called five-star hotel that can’t even boil an egg properly, yolk turned grey with a sulphur ring. Truly impressive failure.
Overall, an unforgettable stay, just not for the right reasons.

I highly recommend this hotel. Cleanliness, organization, food - everything is at a high level. Not to be missed is the fact that the hotel has free parking for its guests. This is my place to stay whenever I have work in Istanbul.

I stay here one free night due to Turkish Airlines stopover promotion. I arrived earlier than check in time and the front desk staff was so helpful to allow me an early checkin. I really appreciate. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast restaurant was big enough and no need to wait for table.

We got this lovely hotel through Turkish airlines as part of the stay over offer - if you are flying through Istanbul you get the option to stay for an extra day (or two) and you can get one night for free in a 4 star hotel. Our flight landed at 4.30am, and we had little hope of getting the 2 rooms before 10:30, but that’s to the excellent service at this hotel they gave us the rooms when we arrived. We managed to rest a few hours and then see the sights.
Rooms were functional, clean and spacious enough. The buffet breakfast had plenty of food…even if the quality wasn’t amazing. Drinks and food at the cafe were a bit on the expensive side (€8 for a bottle of Heineken). We didn’t use the spa, but there was one! Service was excellent at all times.
The hotel was a good 25 mins from the blue mosque, so a bit out, and there were not many nice restaurants nearby, but otherwise it was a great stay! Would rate 4.5/5 for service!

Truly 5 stars across the board, Wishmore! As a solo traveler I felt very safe! The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. Even with limited time, they helped arrange a beautiful dinner cruise — all I had to do was show up, and everything was taken care of.
The hotel is modern, clean, and spacious. The included spa access, a peaceful escape. I felt like I had the whole place to myself. It was easily the most relaxing hotel experience I’ve ever had.
Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay. The location is also perfect — close to Forum Mall, lounges, nightlife, and only about 30 minutes from the airport.
I genuinely fell in love with Istanbul during my stay, and wish more played a huge part in that. They turned 24 hours into one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. I’m so thankful for the experience and will absolutely return.

The rooms on the platform only have twin and triple rooms. The room facilities are OK, but compared with the price, I feel it is not worth the price. The service of the staff is a bit slow. I booked a twin room, but they directly moved me to a triple room, and then changed it to a twin room. The experience was very bad. I don't recommend it.

This hotel has clean rooms, great breakfast and incredible spa. Separate sauna, steam room and Turkish bath for men and women. Pool is pretty big as well.
Location is next to huge mall but not central to tourist attractions. You will have to use public transport or taxi

We had an excellent stay at Wish More Hotel. What truly stood out was the amazing service — I needed to extend my reservation at the last minute as choice hotels at golden horn cancelled reservation last minute due to overbooking for paid room, but the staff at wishmore handled it smoothly while allowing me to keep my original room, which I absolutely loved.
Everyone at the hotel was courteous, genuinely helpful, and always greeted me with a warm smile. Their professionalism and hospitality made my stay feel special and stress-free.
The location is another big plus — it’s conveniently close to a metro station, making it easy to reach all the major attractions in Istanbul.
