Outstanding with great service. I was booked here by Turkish Airlines due to a postponed flight. Even though Turkish Airlines did everything they could to not give any clear instructions or information throughout the whole process the hotel staff did their best to welcome the guests and provided them with everything needed. They even prepared dinner on very short notice. Really great service from the hotel.

Money was stolen from our room.
The staff that we interacted with was great, however a sizable amount of money was taken from our room. We reported the issue to the hotel, but of course everyone denied any wrongdoing or responsibility during their investigation. Bring a method of securing your valuables if you stay here.
Besides this major issue, the location was great. The hotel is across the street from a big shopping mall and access to tourist areas is easy on Uber.

The food served in the hotel was good , the restaurant attached to the hotel also serves really good food . The staffs are friendly but the receptionist ( red hair lean woman ) is rude . We had requested to extend our checkout until 4
Pm , we have a 3 year old and our flight wasn’t until 8 at night ;on our last day of the stay , but she denied. We were asked to pay 60 Euro extra for late checkout . A night earlier we had checked with a different receptionist who was more flexible and asked us if the rooms were empty the hotel could try the accommodate us . Next day when we went to the front desk it was the same rude woman , she was upset with us to check with a different receptionist. We would have appreciated a little more flexibility for us to come back again .

Overall, the hotel is good in terms of rooms, location, breakfast, and other amenities. However, we requested a late check-out at 2 PM as we were reserving three rooms. The owner agreed and informed one of the receptionists, but it seems he didn’t inform his colleagues. The next day at 1 PM, we were surprised to find that our room cards had been deactivated, and we were asked to pay an extra 50 euros for not checking out by 12 PM. One of the receptionists, a skinny girl, was extremely rude and behaved inappropriately towards us. This experience will not be repeated. Unfortunately, as it happened on the last day of our trip, it ruined our final hours in the city.

Hi! I want to express my huge disappointment with the staff of Wish More hotel Istanbul. While I was waiting for my room to be cleaned, I went to the terrace of the bar next to the reception. The girl who works there told me that I have to order food to stay on the terrace. there were only 2 people in the bar and the terrace (in total). I also explained that I don't want to eat or drink anything at the moment because I had just had 2 teeth pulled out and my mouth is bleeding. She told me to leave. When I told her that I was going to file a complaint, she told me... oh no problem staying on the terrace. The day before, the girl from the reception of the spa center did not allow me to use the pool and the gym. Everything is included in the package I paid for, fitness, swimming pool, spa, massage, Turkish bath... I paid everything in advance. But the woman at the reception started blackmailing me to pay extra. This is extortion for money! I am very disappointed in these two women. For that I cannot recommend this hotel with this staff....

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we discovered that our reservation had not been processed correctly by the company. Despite this inconvenience, the hotel staff, particularly Mr. Emre, were extremely helpful, kind, and patient in assisting us with the check-in process and resolving the issue promptly. Their hospitality and excellent service greatly impressed me.

- it is Not a clean hotel at all . Cleanliness should be improved And the roomservice should be thaught how to do it.
Breakfast staff not really welcoming and friendly. And not tend to give fast and good service. You don't feel being in a 5 star hotel.
The breakfast did not meet my expectation. For turkish Breakfast , I expect more items ( cheese , bread .. ) , more warm items , better quality of turkish tea..
+ Good location , near Forum Istanbul mall, IKEA and metro station.

We bought connected rooms with an astonishing view of istanbul. There was just one problem, the cleaning service. It was awful, the cleaning guy came in mad, did nothing but clean the bed, and left towels in the bath tub.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. very beautiful and cozy hotel in which very small detailed facilities have been considered. The breakfast was good and the staff were polite and supportive. Due to great insulation, street noise was not bothering at all. This hotel is unbeatable at this price. I highly recommend it.
