This is my second time in the hotel, the rooms are nice, curtains are totally black out,so it helps you to sleep,
Showers are nice as well with a very convenient aromas,
I met George who is the Night Manager in the hotel, and I can literally tell you , he would do his possible to help and to make your stay memorable, he knows well about the city and can also advise you for whatever you are planning to.

Wonderful hotel with incredible stuff, however some of them do not speak English well. Rooms are spacious and tidy, breakfast is delicious with a variety of fresh vegetables, fruit, pastries etc. Location is alright, however there is not much to do around and it is not very close to the city centre.

Incredible hospitality and kindness. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Amazing breakfast buffet and food as they have world renowned chefs. Great central location and very close to Istanbul Airport. The only place we stay in our every single Istanbul trip. Home away from home.

The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and accommodating. I went to Istanbul for medical reasons and they took great care of me in the hotel with any extras I may have needed for my recovery. The receptionist Melih Bashan was very polite and friendly and they were kind enough to give me a beautiful room, very spacious with 2 big windows with lovely views. The buffet breakfast is excellent, they have everything you may want to eat and more and all is very fresh and delicious. The massage in the Spa was excellent and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Overall all the hotel installations are very beautiful, modern & clean. The room cleaning service is excellent & prompt, they pay attention to every small detail to make sure your room is perfect every day. They are also very good with safety. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable & pleasant stay in Istanbul. 😊

The room was neat and clean; the bed was comfortable. The toilet and shower were spacious, and water pressure was very good. Overall, it is really conducive for good rest. Loved lazing on the sofa bed by the room's windows.

The breakfast buffet was superb, and the ingredients were fresh.

It's just a bit far from the touristy area.

Very comfortable hotel. Really 5 stars. Helpful staff, very varied buffet. The room has a shower and bath, a very comfortable bed, a minibar, kettle, tea, coffee, mineral water provided. There are curtains if you want to sleep during the day after the flight .Spa center with a sauna, Roman steam room, hammam, and snow for cooling. And a large swimming pool, a jacuzzi and chandeliers in the form of clouds. There is a Russian-speaking tour service that helped solve our minor issues.

The service is attentive, fast and high quality. Breakfast is excellent. WiFi is great, friendly. The shops downstairs helped out with clothes, it’s especially nice that they have discounts;)

Excellent hotel, I often live on the floor with terraces, it has a view of the city, I love it.
