Wyndham Grand Istanbul Europe

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Grand Istanbul Europe in a terrace room (T008) for three nights, and my experience was exceptional. The staff at this hotel truly go above and beyond; they are incredibly kind, professional, and always eager to assist with any requests, often responding with impressive speed.

The terrace room I stayed in was not only spacious but also provided a wonderful outdoor escape for fresh air. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, offering a level of softness that made for a truly indulgent rest.

Room service and restaurant orders were delivered promptly, almost immediately, which speaks to the efficiency of the staff. The food quality was excellent, and I have to highlight the schnitzel, which I found to be even more delicious than what you might find in Vienna.

Due to an urgent matter, I had to cut my stay short and return to my home country. The hotel was very understanding and accommodated my request to cancel the last night of my stay, providing a full refund for that night, which I greatly appreciated.

The only drawback to my stay was the location, as the hotel is situated far from shopping centers and transportation hubs, which may be inconvenient for some travelers.

Overall, I highly recommend Wyndham Grand Istanbul Europe for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and excellent dining options.

A nice hotel, primarily used by airlines crew on layovers due to its easy accessibility to the airport.

My room was comfortable but the service was below par. Requested for an iron but it was never delivered to my room.

Swimming pool requires everyone to wear a swimming cap. Staff in charge of the reception was quite unfriendly. There was some issue with the swimming trunks I was wearing (they thought it was boxers or something) and they made me come out of the pool to go all the way to the desk to be "inspected". Then I had to buy a swimming cap despite having short hair. Was quite annoying to be honest.

Food was a decent spread and delicious. No complaints there. Hope they take steps to improve on weak points.

All the staff are helpful and friendly,
While the hotel pays attention to the smallest details, they solved the problem of soft pillows, the problem we face in all hotels, if you put two pillows they become too high, if you put one pillow it becomes low! They provided a large pillow and a smaller pillow.

The swimming pool is magnificent
The breakfast is convenient
There is always good odours and perfect ventilation in the toilet
Even I think there is a light music (if not mistaken!)

Again and again, they take care of every single details
And all the staff are helpful and always smiling

There are only three challenges
1- They didn't refill the tea bags and coffee in the room

2- To go to the parking you have to change the elevator and go outside the hotel

3- We didn't attend the lunch and didn't go to the Gym 🙄

This is my second time in the hotel, the rooms are nice, curtains are totally black out,so it helps you to sleep,
Showers are nice as well with a very convenient aromas,
I met George who is the Night Manager in the hotel, and I can literally tell you , he would do his possible to help and to make your stay memorable, he knows well about the city and can also advise you for whatever you are planning to.

Wonderful hotel with incredible stuff, however some of them do not speak English well. Rooms are spacious and tidy, breakfast is delicious with a variety of fresh vegetables, fruit, pastries etc. Location is alright, however there is not much to do around and it is not very close to the city centre.

Incredible hospitality and kindness. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Amazing breakfast buffet and food as they have world renowned chefs. Great central location and very close to Istanbul Airport. The only place we stay in our every single Istanbul trip. Home away from home.

The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and accommodating. I went to Istanbul for medical reasons and they took great care of me in the hotel with any extras I may have needed for my recovery. The receptionist Melih Bashan was very polite and friendly and they were kind enough to give me a beautiful room, very spacious with 2 big windows with lovely views. The buffet breakfast is excellent, they have everything you may want to eat and more and all is very fresh and delicious. The massage in the Spa was excellent and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Overall all the hotel installations are very beautiful, modern & clean. The room cleaning service is excellent & prompt, they pay attention to every small detail to make sure your room is perfect every day. They are also very good with safety. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable & pleasant stay in Istanbul. 😊
