The Hotel area is very beginning and could be a little bit more clean. The beach is very good. The only problem is the cleaning stuff they are not really motivated to do their job.

It's a good hotel, but the air-conditioner doesn't always work and that is something important when it's hot.

Huge territory Beach access It's a nice place with all nessessary facilities and free WI-FI Delisious food

Very poor breakfast lunch and dinner no sosiges no fruit, no sweats at breakfast fresh for adional price 2 eur. Lokation is good. Very old beach set and wery wery bad Internet access old and broken tv set at room.

There are 6 a la carte restaurants in the hotel and all of them are included for a service fee if 6€ each. I’d recommend trying the Asian, Italian and Mexican. The Turkish one is similar to the buffet

Jazira and Buse are loved Amazing place, loved every moment. Only negative was a lady who I presumed was the manager of the spa, seemed rather arrogant and her attitude put us off booking in the spa

We are in Turkey for the second time, the first time in Side. We stayed at Sueno from June 21-28. The weather was perfect, an average of 35 degrees, we also had a breeze that was also felt on the hotel balcony

Beautiful hotel,very clean and staff are amazing. Love the QR system around the pool and beach to order your drinks and food. The cocktails are lovely and all served in beautiful glasses

There is plenty of fun things to do for children! Fairground, games room with tenpin bowling, water park, play ground and many more things to do

Even though we had a rocky start staff were very helpful. Hotel is spotless the staff work hard to keep all area spotless. The entertainment team work really hard and our outstanding even the lifeguards are fun

We appeared to be the only family from Northern Ireland but didn't stop us having fun so don't let that stop you coming. We were made to feel very welcome a lot of Russians and Germans guests but all very pleasant

And in the rooms you will not wait for cleaning :( Beach towels during the day cannot be changed, they were given in the morning, only returned in the evening. They won't give you fresh ones

Everything seems to be there: several types of eggs, cheeses, muesli, porridge, grilled vegetables, fresh vegetables, tasteless pancakes, freshly squeezed orange juice. For 7 days it begins to seem that there is nothing)

On the advice of my mother (who came here 4 times already) and other acquaintances, we chose Kumkoy beach this year. The food is very monotonous and always cold. The buffets are much smaller than other years

The restaurant had to wait a long time for drinks or go by yourself. But the issue is that there are enough staff. They just don't want to push too hard. There the speed of work of personnel is 2 times higher

I would advise to diversify the menu and change it during the week. The service of restaurants and bars is unobtrusive: in the bar at the reception, waiters stand aside. while the hotel guests stand in line

We are here for the second time this year and we love every minute of our break in this hotel! The animation team is so nice and helpful and we are all having a lot of fun with them! Games all day if you like, great shows, mini Disco and Entertainment in the evening! The DJ is very good! We haven‘t had one boring minute! Everywhere is clean! We will be back next year:)

We have just spent 10 amazing days here. We came here 2 years ago and as soon as we left, we knew we were going to book again as it was the perfect holiday. The staff are amazing and are always dedicated to help

The restaurants were all lovely and the food delicious (yes at times repetitive but what all inclusive isn’t) The pool and beach areas were immaculate and we really loved the swim up bar

everything was clean and the hotel inside was very classy. Beach is great, but that's missing was the pier. So again if we vacation, we will choose this hotel

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The cuisine is very rich and varied. Everything in the hotel is very conveniently located. The hotel has many places for a pleasant stay at any time

The resort offers an incredible variety, with three stunning pools, seven diverse restaurants, and a fantastic water park that kept us entertained throughout our stay

The Hotel management have been very helpful in sorting out an issue I had. They couldn't have done more for that wasn't their fault

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The service and food were exceptional, exceeding all our expectations

Bed was too hard for our liking and so they got housekeeping to add another layer to mattress

in a bar you get your drink in the morning and in the afternoon and the same bar they say we do not serve this drink in this bar. Management must have better control over staff behavior toward guests

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Perfect room, cleaning every day. Super smiling and kind staff. Very nice swimming pool with its bars. The beach 500 meters away on foot or by free shuttle

A varied menu and very tasty (fish, meat, fruits, sweets, vegetables and much more), excellent location, close to shops and the sea, Wi-Fi is not super fast but you can use it, you can buy high-speed for a fee, a separate large pool plus not only outside, but also inside with warm water, there is also a sauna and a hammam (free of charge), who wants to do a massage for a fee, towels are given to the...

Lovely weekend away and this all inclusive hotel. Alpha rooms had not made our booking as it turned out when we arrived but the staff here are so helpful we got a beautiful room and a free upgrade with a terrace

All covid restrictions are in place so we felt safe but also welcome. Food was plentiful and hot which so many hotels fail on this point. Will definitely visit again soon. You can even hire a Ginger by the hour

The hotel met all my expectations. High standard pool view room with air conditioning. The hotel has 2 outdoor pools and if you prefer to lounge on the beach, the hotel's shuttle bus will take you there

The food is what we had expected from this establishment,excellent. The service in these numerous restaurant areas was 1st Class. Ordered drinks brought to your table was quick, the staff very are polite and cheerful

However, there were a couple of drawbacks: there was most often no staff at the N-joy Bar between 8-10 AM, and we frequently received instant coffee instead of freshly ground coffee

Great hotel, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The highlight was the spa. The service and turkish bath was absolutely amazing, would highely recommend to anyone visiting.

It would be great to have a machine available for guests that brews coffee from fresh beans. Despite these observations, we highly recommend the hotel to everyone

Guests are mainly Russians and German. There is small Migros about 10min walk from hotel. To Side old town is 10min by buss/1Euro. Bus runs very often and bus stop is just outside of the hotel

The hotel is located right on the beach, which was perfect. Beautiful sandy beach and plenty comfy sunbeds. Also several swimming pools available. There was plenty of space, people were not on top of each other

Old building but well maintained/renovated. Free soft drinks at mini bar in the room. We are bit bored at buffet restaurant. Taste is very good and lot of fresh fruits and sallad

WiFi works very well, everywhere even at the beach. Very nice garden with full of flowers and pine trees. Beach is half sand and half small stones. Not so deep and there are many rocks in the sea

This is a decent hotel where we enjoyed our stay with our extended family. We liked the food and staff and enjoyed our vacation. The staff did everything to make our vacation great

FOOD - sometimes not enough plates and prihodilos to wait 5 minutes while they bring in, the distribution of meat dishes accumulate long lines and Russian tourists, which by the way the hotel about 80%, expressed their "outrage" to put it mildly, a variety of dishes almost nebylo, poor quality products (semi-finished burgers - I saw myself as packages pour) in General hungry, then no one is left, but...

Nice hotel for family and kids. Animation program is well done. Daytime activities and in the evening also shows for young and adults. Food was allot of option espacially during diner

There was a huge variety of different food every day and it was all delicious. I was especially pleased that there was so much fresh fruit and salad. We found everywhere to be clean

We stayed there at the end of April-Easter break. One outdoor swimming pool was heated, aquapark was open. Food was nice, maybe little bit monotonic. Hotel was clean, room cleaned daily, every day fresh towels

Paloma Oceana was one of the best hotels we’ve booked and enjoyed in Turkey Side. The hotel, service and location was top. The food is the best food we have ever had in 7 years of turkey 🇹🇷 holidays

Good vegetarian options at every meal Can improve if Salt content in soups is reduced At least one soup option must be veggie and labelled as such. Yoga every morning with ROSE was most stimulating

We have really enjoyed our stay in Paloma Oceana. The beach is very nice, comparing the others. You will see it during the walking around. Rooms are clean, and the cleaning service is adequate

The food and cocktails were on point! My first visit with a toddler, the amenities for children were excellent, my son had so much fun and the evening entertainment for children was so inclusive! (For visitors without children you can easily avoid this as I did my 1st visit)

The only negative point is that the entertainment at the “entertainment pool” could be a but better and better music. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to everyone

The resort is certainly 5 star with a very relaxed ambience, large pool, sea front and a perfect sandy beach with evening entertainment on a nightly basis. NO hesitation in recommending the Hotel

The regular buses just outside of the hotel (as well as taxis) also meant it was incredibly convenient to get around and visit the main nearby places (Side old town, Manavgat Bazaar etc)

The beach is great, I also have not yet seen a better pool in a hotel. Friendly staff, good quality food, comfortable rooms , all in all the perfect holiday atmosphere

Location is a bit isolated but saying that you have everything you need anyway so happy

There was different events every night at the back of the hotel overlooking the beautiful lake where pirate ships would pass often, although the smell of the lake near was really bad it smelt like chickens which wasn’t very pleasant

The drinks and cocktails were very good, there were 5 bars total in the hotel and none of them disappointed. There was a Starbucks and the workers there weren’t exactly nice but they served you well

The hotel is superb, we got more than we expected. The beach is really nice but the entrance in the sea is a bit deep so for non swimmers is a bit of a problem but there is the pool for that

The pool was amazing warm and fairly shallow to be honest but overall nice, there wasn’t much slides but they were nice and fast, the lifeguards always made sure u were safe and weren’t in anyone’s way, the rules at the slides really made you feel safe

The food was nice especially the sea food but the meat wasn’t really impressing and didn’t have a good taste, the cakes were the same everyday but there was a variety of them

The food in the bars and restaurants was extremely good and what I would say is the best about it is that there's a huge variety of different dishes, so everyone can find something suitable for themselves

This year we came back, for the 2nd time, at your hotel. The room was big and clean, the food is AMAZING, the pools are both very nice and the sea is warm and lovely

Stayed here for 11 nights and literally from beginning to end no complaints at all about the hotel itself and staff. We landed quite late and straightaway we were offered a light meal which was a nice touch

Would highly recommend to families! We NEVER struggled for a sunbed which I always find annoying that people reserve at stupid o'clock in the morning, here, not once did I see reserved beds when going for breakfast and at no time could we not get a bed

Was a good holiday and my first time here. The food is good and i got a nice big room. The waiters are really nice and you can have good talk with them. It was really enjoyable.

We had some amazing days. All services were very good, nice stuff, very good food and the resort is very clean. We'll come back for sure!

One thing that we saw from the beginning was that they changed some alcohol with local/ other brands, which tasted very watery. so one of the main things we loved (good cocktails were already out)

So, from my point of view it’s better to eat downstairs. - GYM is need renovation as well, no internet inside; - breakfast is the same every day, but quality of food is fine

3 people, 2 rooms I was at this hotel for our honeymoon last year, and we decided to come back again this year

You can still find some good alcohol only in the lobby bar, but unfortunately, not at the beach bar where we are all day. The second would be housekeeping, which always makes the room very late (3-4 PM)

Next - we had a room with pool view and everything was perfect! I liked live music and the artists every evening. All the programs they have on 29 October was amazing!

There was a shuttle service to the beach, it’s only a 2 minute ride on the golf buggy or it’s an easy 6 or 7 minute walk. Food served on the beach was also excellent. Nice soft sand, shallow warm waters to paddle in

Angelika for guest relations was most helpful, with advice on information and bookings and was always ready to help us. The restaurant staff were helpful and polite and there was a good variety of food on offer

I was in the middle of September, for 7 nights. the temperature outside was extremely pleasant, around 30 degrees Celsius, and the sea water was 28 degrees Celsius
