The Hotel area is very beginning and could be a little bit more clean. The beach is very good. The only problem is the cleaning stuff they are not really motivated to do their job.

It's a good hotel, but the air-conditioner doesn't always work and that is something important when it's hot.

Huge territory Beach access It's a nice place with all nessessary facilities and free WI-FI Delisious food

Very poor breakfast lunch and dinner no sosiges no fruit, no sweats at breakfast fresh for adional price 2 eur. Lokation is good. Very old beach set and wery wery bad Internet access old and broken tv set at room.

Come here to relax with the family since 2006.That says it all.To change the property is not planned.Here is everything you need for adults and children.And every year it gets better and better!See for yourself.

Jazira and Buse are loved Amazing place, loved every moment. Only negative was a lady who I presumed was the manager of the spa, seemed rather arrogant and her attitude put us off booking in the spa

Apart from that we absolutely loved our stay, the staff , the service , all incredible ❤️ Would love to come back next year

Beautiful hotel,very clean and staff are amazing. Love the QR system around the pool and beach to order your drinks and food. The cocktails are lovely and all served in beautiful glasses

No horrible plastic cups anywhere! We went to a couple of shows and the entertainment was spot on

There is plenty of fun things to do for children! Fairground, games room with tenpin bowling, water park, play ground and many more things to do

All perfectly! Wi-Fi works. Only the view from the balcony is not very good. There is enough food. It's a pity they don't give ice cream.

We appeared to be the only family from Northern Ireland but didn't stop us having fun so don't let that stop you coming. We were made to feel very welcome a lot of Russians and Germans guests but all very pleasant

Even though we had a rocky start staff were very helpful. Hotel is spotless the staff work hard to keep all area spotless. The entertainment team work really hard and our outstanding even the lifeguards are fun

Been there 3 times. 2010, 2011, 2012. The first time did fly away at all, the second time somehow did not come in, the third is normal. Good location, decent food (ok and 24/7 😀). Crowdness, old rooms ...

And in the rooms you will not wait for cleaning :( Beach towels during the day cannot be changed, they were given in the morning, only returned in the evening. They won't give you fresh ones

everything was clean and the hotel inside was very classy. Beach is great, but that's missing was the pier. So again if we vacation, we will choose this hotel

Absolutely brilliant hotel...very big with clean rooms and good selection of food and drinks. Staff are great too. Will definitely come back here to stay.

Italian restaurant with a rowing soup is something. Rabinow love the water slides every day shows, animations, foam party and Hammam with massage is wow, but nothing did

We had an epic time — we loved the food, loads of choice — but especially the entertainment / animation team — Albert and Lisa were so good. Super welcoming, but they were all too good at table tennis

During our recent stay, we encountered a small issue with our reservation. However, Erdinc at reception turned what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant experience

Massages good and convenient but is about 2x the price of other local ones and the manager will spend every opportunity trying to persuade you to have more treatments

The food is what we had expected from this establishment,excellent. The service in these numerous restaurant areas was 1st Class. Ordered drinks brought to your table was quick, the staff very are polite and cheerful

Several bars with the quality manufacturers drinks. Beach bar, restaurant and private section of beach are very close to the hotel. They have themed beach parties at night,truly brilliant

The food is good, plenty of choice and all cooked well, the exception being breakfast, which was hit and miss, if you like eggs done a dozen different ways, or the German meats and cheeses then you will be fine, i would love to see the amazing eggy bread and poached eggs available every day and am a little unsure why they would serve things like cauliflower and brussel sprouts at breakfast time though...

Rooms are cool. Really great food. Personally loved staying here. Pool 5 of 5. Beaches 5! Definitely can recommend this hotel. P.S - Been there in September 2022

The rooms were really nice and spacious the beds were really comfy and extremely clean. The housekeepers would come everyday and clean and make ur bed and stock up ur fridge with drinks

The food was nice especially the sea food but the meat wasn’t really impressing and didn’t have a good taste, the cakes were the same everyday but there was a variety of them

Presented at a super cool level! Location: river, pine trees on the way to the sea, interior design and hotel architecture are fantastic! Unrivaled variety of dishes, presentation and service in bars, restaurants, worthy of praise, original drinks

The hotel was absolutely amazing the staff was very welcoming and friendly, if you had a problem they will 100% solve it

The pool was amazing warm and fairly shallow to be honest but overall nice, there wasn’t much slides but they were nice and fast, the lifeguards always made sure u were safe and weren’t in anyone’s way, the rules at the slides really made you feel safe

There was different events every night at the back of the hotel overlooking the beautiful lake where pirate ships would pass often, although the smell of the lake near was really bad it smelt like chickens which wasn’t very pleasant

Paloma Oceana was one of the best hotels we’ve booked and enjoyed in Turkey Side. The hotel, service and location was top. The food is the best food we have ever had in 7 years of turkey 🇹🇷 holidays

The only negative point is that the entertainment at the “entertainment pool” could be a but better and better music. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to everyone

We have really enjoyed our stay in Paloma Oceana. The beach is very nice, comparing the others. You will see it during the walking around. Rooms are clean, and the cleaning service is adequate

The food and cocktails were on point! My first visit with a toddler, the amenities for children were excellent, my son had so much fun and the evening entertainment for children was so inclusive! (For visitors without children you can easily avoid this as I did my 1st visit)

The food is tasty, from my point of view, more international. Staff is polite, and service in the restaurant is quite fast taken into account the occupancy of the hotel

The food in the bars and restaurants was extremely good and what I would say is the best about it is that there's a huge variety of different dishes, so everyone can find something suitable for themselves

The people from the entertainment team are also super friendly and spread the positivity around which just keeps you smiling 24/7. I was really impressed by their kindness and openness

Stayed here for 11 nights and literally from beginning to end no complaints at all about the hotel itself and staff. We landed quite late and straightaway we were offered a light meal which was a nice touch

The staff are friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of lifeguards by the pools. Definitely worth visiting again! The sea is a 10-minute walk away, but there’s also a shuttle service

Would highly recommend to families! We NEVER struggled for a sunbed which I always find annoying that people reserve at stupid o'clock in the morning, here, not once did I see reserved beds when going for breakfast and at no time could we not get a bed

The resort is a great choice for families with children of all ages. We were three adults and two children (3&5). We spent 9 days, and had a very relaxing vacation

FOOD - sometimes not enough plates and prihodilos to wait 5 minutes while they bring in, the distribution of meat dishes accumulate long lines and Russian tourists, which by the way the hotel about 80%, expressed their "outrage" to put it mildly, a variety of dishes almost nebylo, poor quality products (semi-finished burgers - I saw myself as packages pour) in General hungry, then no one is left, but...

Nice hotel for family and kids. Animation program is well done. Daytime activities and in the evening also shows for young and adults. Food was allot of option espacially during diner

There was a huge variety of different food every day and it was all delicious. I was especially pleased that there was so much fresh fruit and salad. We found everywhere to be clean

We stayed there at the end of April-Easter break. One outdoor swimming pool was heated, aquapark was open. Food was nice, maybe little bit monotonic. Hotel was clean, room cleaned daily, every day fresh towels

Was a good holiday and my first time here. The food is good and i got a nice big room. The waiters are really nice and you can have good talk with them. It was really enjoyable.

We had some amazing days. All services were very good, nice stuff, very good food and the resort is very clean. We'll come back for sure!

Lastly, we missed 2 days of our vacation because of gastrointestinal problems (one in the hospital due to the severe dehydration), which, unfortunately, is common in Turkey. So make sure you have your travel insurance

You can still find some good alcohol only in the lobby bar, but unfortunately, not at the beach bar where we are all day. The second would be housekeeping, which always makes the room very late (3-4 PM)

One thing that we saw from the beginning was that they changed some alcohol with local/ other brands, which tasted very watery. so one of the main things we loved (good cocktails were already out)

So, from my point of view it’s better to eat downstairs. - GYM is need renovation as well, no internet inside; - breakfast is the same every day, but quality of food is fine

Even the hosts repeat each phrase 4 times in all languages) The sea is clean, the sand on the beach, 2-3 minutes to go. There are no problems with sun loungers, there are always free ones

This is a decent hotel where we enjoyed our stay with our extended family. We liked the food and staff and enjoyed our vacation. The staff did everything to make our vacation great

I joined volleyball and football games and I loved it, the community was awesome! We were also surprised how high quality food is over here, yes some of the food that i put on the plate weren’t tasty for me but the meat,veggies and rice is suuper! Now here is the critical point, at least on our floor the cleaning service was awful

Very responsive and dealt with some minor queries we had. Teenage club can be low on intakes but the TUI support team would participate to allow the kids to play. Lots of aqua exercises for those interested.

Couldn’t have hoped for a better holiday experience - amazing infrastructure, everything is clean, well maintained and well designed, very well thought through to make sure they cater to everyone’s needs and preferences

The resort is certainly 5 star with a very relaxed ambience, large pool, sea front and a perfect sandy beach with evening entertainment on a nightly basis. NO hesitation in recommending the Hotel

The regular buses just outside of the hotel (as well as taxis) also meant it was incredibly convenient to get around and visit the main nearby places (Side old town, Manavgat Bazaar etc)

The beach is great, I also have not yet seen a better pool in a hotel. Friendly staff, good quality food, comfortable rooms , all in all the perfect holiday atmosphere

The food was great, and lots of variety, fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, meat, cakes, and pastries were cooked to perfection. You will never starve or be thirsty

Also they clean floors in sauna only once a day - floor remains dirty the whole day, so it gives a bad look and gross feeling walking around without sleepers. Staff is friendly most all of the time

Hotel has 2 buildings which are a bit separated from each other. You need to learn how to find a shortcut to spa, pools and back. Spa is nice, but has only sauna working

Beach is located 15 minutes away, which is weird to 5* hotels. Beach is a bit dirty, cafe offers pizza, fries, kebab, onion rings, salads, fruits and ice cream. Kebab is good, but all other fried food is awfully dry

Drinks in the hotel are good, local alcohol is also not bad at all. Imported alcohol? Have no ideas about that - they offer local alco only. Summary: no chances I return to this place, wouldn't recommend this hotel

The other staff in the Spa are also excellent, the hammam was just what I needed and delivered with a smile. The rooms, food, pools and beach are all great too! Definitely be back again in the future

Everything about the hotel is great, especially fun team. They’re made us so energetic, having really good time. Not only adults, but also children had a good time. Mini Club made them enjoy the time

Everyone of us had so much fun and lots of things to do and experience during our stay at Castival. It was not very crowded, we would always find sunbeds by the pool and by the beach early in the morning

The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly with a smile on their face everytime, and the entertainment team would create such a great atmosphere with their performances during day and evenings

The food was diverse and delicious, but I personally love Turkish food so it was such a blast to find such a good selection of traditional cuisine and desserts every day

One of the real gems of our visit was the Olive Bar, where Stella, the barmaid, made every moment special. Her warm personality and expert drink-making skills added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evenings

The Barry mini club and entertainment were a massive stand out for us, as were the friendly and super helpful staff wherever you went! Our kids are 4 and 7 and they adored the activities and staff in Barry Club - there was so much for them to do from pottery, science experiments, baking, arts and crafts

The beachfront location is ideal for those who love to soak in the sun or take a dip in the Mediterranean. Barut Hemera goes above and beyond, making it the perfect destination for a truly unforgettable getaway

The disco and entertainment were a lot of fun for the kids too! The rooms and balcony furniture felt slightly outdated but we spent such little time there it didn’t make an impact on our stay

It was also brilliant how you could come and go as you please in the club and not have restrictions or have to book, which I have found at lots of other hotel chains

The hotel itself is impeccably maintained, with stunning pools, well-manicured gardens, and a wide variety of activities to keep everyone entertained

There were discounts in January. But because of the small area we did not go. And besides, you have to go to the beach. This is also not very convenient. Considering that the animation is on the beach

There is one girl in lobby bar and her name is tugba. Animation team always positive and friendly. Restaurant service is great and food are so great. Entertainment manager Erdrich is so helpful

There was a vacant lot nearby, perhaps now there is a part of the hotel sun beds. I saw a lot of reviews in which they write that they say everything is bad, almost pieces of the wall are falling off

Hotel is looking new and luxury. We think we have to come again here :)

Great hotel, beautiful, tasty, expensive

In general, the great atmosphere in the hotel is made by a team group of animation guys, special thanks to Eyup Bey who found the way to make our stay better and not so boring during quarantine period

We had 4 days visit in April and that was such a wonderful experience that. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food omg was so delicious that you can't stop eating

Great hotel, pure luxury. The staff - waiters were fantastic x

The only disadvantage was the distance to sea

There was the usual sunbed shortage by late morning but there were six of us, two adults and four kids and provided we got to the pool around 8ish we had a good pick of sunbeds and always managed to get six beds for us

Location was good in relation to the beach. Only a five minute walk away and bar and food down there included with the all inclusive which was great. Loads of beds under canopies available no matter what time of day

You have to wait until 4:30-6:30pm to return them and then get your towel card back. So often we ended up keeping the same towels for 2-3 days at a time. This could do with being a little more flexible

This wedding anniversary could have been the best, but we decided to go to the spa to improve the quality of the tan. A cold hammam, in which you were scratched a little, not steamed, and then it's cold too

Beautiful Hotel with attentive and lovely staff. The food is really good and diverse. It's close to the beach and everything at the hotel and the surroundings is very clean and tidy. Had a great and very relaxing time

Very friendly and helpful staff, special mention should be made to the waiter Taner, who took care of everything before we even had time to say it, and the mixologist Cemal, his cocktails are marvels

The second issue is the lack of any translations for Poles, although they are quite a large group in the hotel, at least the menus in restaurants could also be translated into Polish

Very good location, close to the beach, super clean, nice swimming pools and very tasty and varied food

So friendly service, tasty food and cocktails, everything was clean. Absolutely nothing bad to say.
