Staff is is very cooperative and responsive. Hotel is always clean and smells fresh .
Staff at the reception is all very cooperative and so is the staff at the valet service .
Al dar restaurant is where I have my breakfast . Food is freshly served and the servers especially Ali and mamita are very cooperative always and address all the requests. The chef Sharon makes amazing ommlettes.
A hotel worth the value.
Facilities are not many but they offer you to use their nearby hotel for additional facilities .
My go to place for long stays
Parking is available but at the mall behind, not very convenient for regular use. Rooms and spaces are congested and couches show age. Bathrooms - wet area leaks into dry area. Breakfast spread can certainly be improved. Cooks are good, but felt like they didn't have enough assistance.
Pretty popular hotel as they seem to be running at full capacity.
Reservations staff was very understanding as well. In total, 5 stars and more for service. 2 stars for everything else.
Moreover their management team, Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Camille who always reads and respond to my evaluations and requests.
Location-wise, it's conveniently a 2-3min walk away from a big mall where you can find most well-known brands and a variety of cuisine from around the world.
Room-wise, our regular one was spacious enough for even two people. Definitely can unpack comfortably and move around to relax in. Air-conditioning was also nice, especially with the summer heat.
