Queen Palace Hotel

This is a very low-grade hostel and not a 4 star hotel. We stayed 2 nights and both nights we had loud noises from the night club downstairs when trying to sleep around 11pm and from our noisy neighbour through the connecting door around 4-5am. They offered "complementary" vallet parking but having to pay AED 20, and, since I dind't pay, they didn't want to move my car. The door lock was not working properly so I had to change my key twice! And they didn't cleaned my room during my stay! A complete nightmare!

This was by far the worst and most unsafe hotel stay I’ve ever had. The entire place is dirty, with construction happening everywhere, and there’s zero attention to safety. All the floors are open in the lift area, with no security or proper safety measures in place. It feels like a serious accident waiting to happen!

The floors, lobby, and rooms are filthy and clearly never cleaned. The front office is located inconveniently on the 4th floor, and the staff are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. They don’t know how to fulfill even the simplest customer requests, and if you ask for anything, they’ll shout at you—especially the front office manager & Security manager.

If you need something, be prepared to call two or three times because they won’t respond to your concerns on the first attempt.

My biggest concern is how this creepy hotel ever got a 4-star rating. It deserves 0 stars, honestly. Please, do yourself a favor and read this review before booking. You can find much better hotels in Abu Dhabi for a better price.

Don’t book this place, and definitely don’t stay here.

This hotel is just a nightmare. The night club was extremely annoying and loud. I tried to sleep but I couldn't. The rooms were dirty and very old furnitures. It doesn't deserve any star. To be honest with you guys, I don't recommend this hotel at all. They even didn't prepare my room. I stayed one hour in the lobby to take my room and the give wrong room.

The place is bad, it is not luxurious, it is not suitable for families, and it does not four stars. The bathroom is ruined, the bed is broken, and the buffet does not have many varieties. The sounds of people are annoying and reach the rooms, and the hotel is not very clean

The worst I hav experienced in my whole trip is coming to thi hotel. We have come for check in at 5pm( the room was ours since 12pm). We have been waiting for almost 45 mins they haven’t prepared our room. Initially the front desk team (who are very rude and arrogant while asking her name she told Sarfaraz wchich is not girls name) told us that the guests in that room haven’t checked out, later she mentioned they’re taking that time to prepare our room. No welcome drink is served, no service at all.

And rooms are also dirty as per the international standards this is how the rooms should be?

I spent in it the worst night in the rain water is coming inside room. If there is rate below 1 stat i could give it to them. They are unprofessional and no response from both reception and their managers. I didn't recommended for such unprofessional hotel team/staff and badly condition building. I have never seen since 1990 water rain come inside the room what kind of modern building is that. Only fake facade from inside like tents
