Booking a room in Sheraton Khalidiya couldn't have been more of a correct decision.
The staying experience was simply amazing and the room was honestly better than expected. We absolutely loved the view from our room overlooking both city and sea!
The staff were very accommodating and answered all our questions patiently. Especially Roger who was just so lovely and kind. He was such a breath of fresh air with that great humour of his.
All in all, we had a fabulous time at Sheraton Khalidiya, would definitely come back here in the future.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Being Sheraton we thought it would comply with a minimum standards, but apparently they only have their logo on the facade, nothing else. Breakfast is very poor in variety and low in quality. Food is not adapted to European continental standards (no lactose free milk such as oat, soy, almond milk; no yogurt, no olive oil… and appliances such as the toaster are old and malfunctioning). Also, we are staying in a room at the 2nd floor and I couldn’t fall asleep last night because there is a night club inside the hotel and you could feel the vibration and noise very vividly. If you are lucky enough to catch this review, don’t fall into the same mistake of choosing this hotel just because it’s called “Sheraton”, because it hardly looks like one.

I booked this hotel through Booking com with the option to pay at the hotel, but the hotel canceled my reservation months before my reservation date without notifying me, using the excuse that my credit card was invalid. The credit card was not invalid and my balance was sufficient. After receiving the cancellation email with the same credit card, I made a reservation to another hotel within 1 hour and this time I paid in advance. I made a mistake by trusting the corporate name of Sheraton. I do not understand why the hotel tried to collect payment without informing me when I made a reservation with the payment option. My reservation was canceled for an unrealistic reason. I am sure that there was not even an attempt to charge my credit card. After that, I had to make a reservation by paying more money. Probably something like this was done in order to sell rooms for more money. I wonder if anyone else has experienced something like this.

I had a wonderful and enjoyable stay. The rooms were updated with unique decor and cleanliness.and the staff provided good service especially Ms. Susan, whose warm welcome and attention to detail were exceptional.

I booked this hotel for a family vacation in booking, and while the hotel itself looked nice, that’s where the positives end. 1. The room was damp, and there was mold in the bathroom. 2. The service was terrible — they took all the towels and couldn’t bring any back all evening. 3. There were cockroaches in the room

Good hotel and welcoming staff. Amazing view at the sea however the distance is not short and you have to go at least 10 minutes to near beach. Room was big and comfortable with all necessary furniture. But laundry service overpriced and price tag don’t include taxes. Restaurant on the ground floor is terrible, few options in menu. I ordered salad and waited about 10 minutes, but waiter didn’t bring me my order I went to another restaurant.

To start off, Mr Roger was a very great man who even helped us with the room upgrade to a suite and he was very kind and friendly towards us. The suite rooms were very nice and spacious. The swimming pool and the gym was also good and the hospitality provided by Sheraton is good. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 star because the breakfast was horrible but other than that everything was good and I believe Mr Roger should soon get a promotion for giving us an excellent service.

Mr. Roger in the reception was very wonderful and catered to my every need, he was so kind and very professional when talking to customer. He always wears a smile in every guest. Applaud to his efforts. The room was impeccably clean and all the facilities were in perfect working order. The sea view was perfect view that you can see the beautiful corniche beach.

The front desk staff are very nice and accommodating. The rooms(booked for 2 rooms) were clean and spacious. There is only one bad experience for me in my stay there, I asked politely for extra coffee packs in the room boy but he was not very accommodating he frowned at me and he said there is no more coffee. He could have said it in a more polite way.

know they had both items. then they called me back again to let me know they had salad but were out of spring rolls. at this point, i told them i wasn’t interested in the order anymore and would like to cancel, and the man i was speaking with told me he couldn’t cancel because it was ‘already on the way’ (an obvious lie), but when i told him i wouldn’t be paying, he went ahead and canceled the order.
