Everything is fine the room,restaurant and the location.Kim is really helpful and the check in process was really smooth,she is super sweet and attentive staff.
All thanks to Kim in reception,she accommodating us perfectly and whatever requests we need she assures that we received it.All in all is nice surely will comeback again.
I’d like to thanks for all the staff in hotel especially mention to Kim who is very attentive,kind,professional who helped us a lot.I will recommend this hotel to my family and relatives.

This hotel has its charm, with well-maintained infrastructure despite being older. However, I can only give it 3 stars due to significant concerns about the facilities and management behavior.
One of the most troubling experiences was with the PineFit facility manager, Sheriff. His behavior was alarmingly discriminatory. If you are an Arabic speaker or a European woman, he is overly attentive and accommodating. In stark contrast, non-Arabs, particularly Asians, are treated with blatant disregard. I’ve personally experienced this and witnessed him unfairly shouting at children in the pool, even though they were not breaking any rules (as confirmed by the lifeguard). This behavior is unacceptable and deeply concerning.
Additionally, the hygiene in the changing rooms leaves much to be desired. Cockroach sightings are common, and despite repeated complaints, there has been no visible effort to address the issue.
I strongly urge the management to address these concerns urgently before they escalate further. Discrimination and lack of proper maintenance should not tarnish the reputation of an otherwise promising hotel.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. The location is excellent and it is very connected to all parts of the city. The room is spacious and comfortable. Restaurant in the hotel is excellent. We had both, lunch and dinner in it. The offer was rich, varied and suitable for very different tastes. Everything was very tasty. The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. I would single out a smiling and very kind girl who worked in restaurant ,named Dilki, as well as the cooks who are very kind and accommodating.

We stayed here 1night and i must say that everything was excellent. The room is surprisingly comfortable. The staffs were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay most especially Kimberly. We also enjoyed their breakfast and loved the convinient location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends who wish to stay in Abu Dhabi for holidays and trips.

Public areas of the hotel are plush and well maintained. Good location. Rooms are old, worn, damaged and poorly maintained. Had to get maintenance people there twice in the first few days. No shaver socket and air conditioning very noisy. I moved from there to a 3 star hotel which was easily as good. Staff service was generally good

The hotel It is very clean, the staff is ready to serve your every wish. Every one smiling to help with whatever we need. It is an honest hotel for the money we paid. Especially the breakfast is amazing and Miss Dilki serves everyone in the best way.

Most amazing hospitality and kind charismatic people. Greatest impression we had at the level lounge by Ms. Dilki❤️ Very polite and pleasant person.
Pool experience amazing!!! Mr Siyeth life guard at the top floor swimming pool very professional and charismatic.🙏🏻🫶🏼 Definitely a memorable experience and highly recommend Millennium Downtown Hotel.

It was amazing stay. The pool is fabulous, I enjoyed it, amenities perfect, room is wonderful, I was appreciated for all the staff that made my stay exquisite. The service atis top-notch! The staff is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. Kudos to the entire team special receptors. Overall I suggest this hotel to anyone traveling to Abu Dhabi and I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Located in downtown, 15 minutes maximum to the World Trade Centre mall, about 25 minutes walking to the Corniche road.
Check in was quick.
Room was big. Really like that old (in good meaning of this word) wooden furniture and floor. Hope if they will do renovation, they will keep it.
Hotel has restaurant, coffee shop and bar.
What didn't like that wellness facilities are closing too early, 8 pm. If pool I can somehow understand 8pm closing, but sauna/steam room, in my opinion, should be open at least till 10pm. Its very nice to use sauna/steam room after the long trip, however was not able to do that.
Bathroom had not good smell, maybe sewage (room 310).

We stayed for 8 nights and our stay is quite pleasant.. rooms, service and location everything is great..
only one disappointment - i went to gym on last day afternoon. the ac might be off so after 5 min of treadmill walk i told receptionist about it.. but she said it is very hot so u don't feel ac.. then i walked again for 15 min at a pace of 5 on treadmill but i feel so breathlessness.. even in the afternoon of this month i go outside i don't feel this.. so i again told her that i feel no ac vents are giving air.. i told her i came yesterday to see the gym and it was very cold.. so she called technician and when technician came he said just now i started ac so it will take time to cool down. this is very disappointing that when i said ac is not working neither she bothered to check with technicians nor she stand up and came inside to check.
otherwise everything was great and i will definitely come back again for its central location..
