Location: 175 km from the airport Dubai, in 3 km from the centre of Abu Dhabi.

Consists of one 19-storey building.

Beach: own sandy beach in 400 m from hotel (1st coastal line). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The beach is 285 m.

Deposit for services at a rate$ 140 per night. A passport is not required. The Deposit must be paid on the day of arrival to the hotel, refundable upon departure after paying the bill for services rendered.

I spent a week at this hotel as we organised an event for a client, therefore we used both their rooms and conference rooms.

Apart from a few communication issues in the planning stage prior to the confirmation of our stay, I must say that I had a very positive experience with this hotel.

Hotel rooms: very spacious, with a wide selection of teas and coffees, high quality bath robe, multiple bottles of water, and comfortable bed.

Conference rooms: the setup was great, and they brought a lot of food along with coffees/teas and juices which were available throughout the day. All the staff were very polite and accommodated all our requests.

Food: there was a wide selection of restaurants (Italian, Brazilian, Irish, Japanese and buffet) which was great as tried different types of food during our stay. Hotel guests also get a 25% discount in all the restaurant.

Service: all the staff members were so polite, always smiling and happy to help. We didn't have a single issue during our stay.

Location: a few minutes away from all the main attractions.

I totally recommend this hotel and I would definitely be staying again.

Everything was great. Special mention for Sabina in Cho GAO restaurant, we saw her kind face last year and again this time. She is a standout and made our evening all the more special.

Maybe some rooms/hotel need a renovation (or it was just our room), but in general it is ok.

I want to mention that:
1. The staff is super polite, super nice and helpful. Thanks to the whole hotel team.
2. The food (we had breakfast, dinner only) is great, lot's of options for all tastes. Also, some vegan items etc. So many choices.
3. Location is great.
4. Everything is clean and beautiful, beach is nice, not so big though.
5. My personal thank you for byredo cosmetics, I adore their scents, smell so good!
6. Value for money.
Overall, the whole experience was great. Thank you, we had a great vacation!

Perfect location, friendly staff and a variety of food served. What made my holiday memorable is how each staff member were so welcoming and they would go out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our time. Great hotel. Fantastic service from all the staff. The pool and beach area is very safe clean and great for the whole family, not too busy. There is also another pool on the third floor that is great for a cocktail and sunbathing! We spent one week here and can't wait to come back!

My husband and I went to restaurant Selections in Intercontinental, and had buffet. I love the taste of the food, Al though there was more selection in sweet then savoury. We enjoyed the food and ambience however the ac wasn't adjusted definitely since it was very hot inside and all of us were feeling hot. I hope they will fix that so we can enjoy nice food again.

I arrived not a while ago, i met Solomon who showed me around the hotel. With the explanation i got from him, the hotel is over 40 years old but well maintained. I was surprised with the high level maintenance and they operate. I highly recommend this hotel because they are doing a great job.

My experience was average.. First of all the check in was perfect and quick. The room had a nice view; it is big enough but needs some renovation as the bath's ceiling looked a bit old with paint on it to hide the flaws. But generally it was cozy and clean. Then when it comes to service I had a bad experience as I asked for water and it took them 2 hours to get me the water,though it was not a busy day! As I complained about it there was a proper follow up. The facilities are good they do have 2 different pools and beach. There is kids club as well and pool with slide for kids.

I am a club member since +15years. My family, friends and kids love the place. Great smiling staff, kid-friendly place and a good value for money. I just need to highlight that we are facing issues with swimming pools warm water temperature and some other miscellaneous issues since a while and we hope those be fixed ASAP to continue enjoying the place which we consider a second home :-).

The hotel rooms definitely need a refurbishment, compared to the hotel decor . The staff are very friendly and polite. Even though we went all inclusive premium, the menu/food option was very limited and with its own set menus. The most outstanding experience during our stay was the massages. Absolutely amazing and highly recommend them. We ended up having 3 during our 5 day stay. Good size pools and plenty of space and loungers. I would only come back if the rooms are refurbished with new balconies.
