I stayed at Jannah Al Sarab on August 26, 2024, and found it to be an excellent choice. The hotel was impeccably clean, with top-notch amenities in the room, and offered stunning city and Corniche views. Its location is conveniently within walking distance of Corniche Beach. The restaurant provided well-arranged dining with delicious food, although it was a downside that the ground-floor dining area lacked a view.

Small but reasonably equipped gym
Perhaps it's not always the case, parking was stressful
as the basements were full or reserved for someone in the evening. Hotel provides access to parking with room key but room key does not work to access the elevator lobby from the basement.

We had lunch at Cocina Restaurant. We booked through reception management Abazer. The food was delicious and the buffet had many options. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room is pleasant as well. It was very welcoming from the reception staff and the valet service was amazing.

We had a great stay there! The room was very nice and clean, we had an amazing breakfast and the stuff was so kind and helpful. Special thanks to Karla, Angel and Saifuden for your help no matter what we needed. We would definitely recommend booking here.

I had a wonderful experience. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, making for a very pleasant stay. I would like to specifically commend to ms krichelle for exceptional service. She was incredible helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great hospitality and I look forward visiting again.

The price that was used to book on their website is completely different than the one we actually pay (yes, including all the taxes). When I went to check the reservation on their website the moment I was checking in, the reservation was not there anymore and it gave me an error. Quite shame. The rooms are super old looking and not that comfortable, the pool is also quite poor. Does not deserve the 5 stars (4 at most). Our door did not lock and when the technician came to fix it, he argued multiple times that it was a safety mechanism and I was actually locking the door wrong, after showing him multiple times that it doesn't work, he fixed it.

The staff of this hotel did everything possible to make our stay at the hotel comfortable. The entire hotel staff showed impeccable attention to detail. From the warm welcome at check-into the attentive service at the restaurant. I would like to say a special thank you to the Sherif! His kindness and hospitality made us feel like valued guest from the very beginning of our introduction to the hotel. The cleanliness of this hotel made a good impression on me. Our room was spotlessly clean, there was room cleaning every day. The hotel provides a shuttle service to tourist destinations (such as SeaWorld Yas Island). The hotel is in a good location, the staff helps with ordering a taxi. The breakfasts were good and varied. Every day they served something new from the food in the restaurant.

Coming July 14, 2024 I've had stayed a year in this hotel. As expected, no long stay can't be pleasant if room cleanliness and housekeeping aren't at their best. On that regard I have the most positive experience. My dedicated housekeeping service has been provided by Mr. Khartik, a young man with the susceptibility to pay attention to details and the peculiarities of long stay customer as I. Thank you for making the stay worthwhile.

Located little far way from center. Wide range of restaurants and supermarkets are located near the hotel. The staff at Jannah Burj Al Sarab are the epitome of hospitality. From the warm welcome at the reception to the attentive housekeeping service, every interaction is a delight. Arefreshing pool, and a well-equipped gym, the hotel caters to all your needs. The tech-savvy will appreciate the smart features throughout the hotel.

This is a very nice business hotel! The rooms are clean and are extremely inviting. The restaurant serves a great breakfast in the morning. I just absolutely adore the beef bacon. I also find blue IKEA mugs quite unique as it brings back many old great memories. Thank you for a lovely stay.
