Jannah Burj Al Sarab

Excellent value and service.

We booked our room through Booking and stayed here as a couple. The check-in process was very straight-forward and everyone was really helpful.

We had breakfast and dinner all-you-can-eat buffets at one of the hotel's restaurants (the one on the ground-floor) both of which were quite tasty with had enough variety.

The room was way more than enough spacious for two persons. We were very happy with the inclusion of an ironing board and a hairdryer. Thank you to everyone from housekeeping that kept the room in excellent condition throughout the entire of our stay (5-nights), and especially Bimala for being super helpful.

There is a bus stop quite close to the hotel, but we recommend taking a taxi. However, be aware that the front-door can get quite crowded with all of the cars parking there.

The hotel is situated quite near to the city center but not quite walking-distance.

The overall experience was extremely positive and we would 100% stay here again, if we ever visit the city again.

Had a great stay at Jannah Burj Al Sarab . The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety. However, I had to call the reception three times to get the water and tea counter refilled, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a good experience, but service efficiency could be improved.

Above all else, the service was top notch. Everyone was approachable and eager to assist. Very much unlike the snobs at Hala Arjan.

I recently had a short yet very comfortable stay at Jannah Burj Al Sarab in Abu Dhabi with partners arrangement. The reception team was exceptionally welcoming and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and a pleasant experience throughout my visit. A special mention goes to the lady manager, whose warm demeanor and attention to detail made the stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for those seeking excellent service and hospitality!

I stayed at Jannah Al Sarab on August 26, 2024, and found it to be an excellent choice. The hotel was impeccably clean, with top-notch amenities in the room, and offered stunning city and Corniche views. Its location is conveniently within walking distance of Corniche Beach. The restaurant provided well-arranged dining with delicious food, although it was a downside that the ground-floor dining area lacked a view.
Overall, it was a great experience, combining comfort and accessibility

Perhaps it's not always the case, parking was stressful
as the basements were full or reserved for someone in the evening. Hotel provides access to parking with room key but room key does not work to access the elevator lobby from the basement.

We had lunch at Cocina Restaurant. We booked through reception management Abazer. The food was delicious and the buffet had many options. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room is pleasant as well. It was very welcoming from the reception staff and the valet service was amazing.

We had a great stay there! The room was very nice and clean, we had an amazing breakfast and the stuff was so kind and helpful. Special thanks to Karla, Angel and Saifuden for your help no matter what we needed. We would definitely recommend booking here.
