One of the best hotels. Location is very good and the open area was very nice specially in winter for kids.
I faced one problem that their system will lock your room at 11:45 and you can’t access your room by your card and the checkout time is 12.
It was rude. Because i was with my son in the pool and we reached the room 11:48 and we can’t access the room because the lock it from their system.
We went to reception by swimming clothes and the A/C air was running directly into our body to get access to enter the room.
In the first day, there was a wedding till 10 pm music are on and the wedding location inside the lounge (center of all the room) . It was very noisy

its nice hotel but a bit far from the city lift u need a taxi . But strangly Taxi(uber) will come in 1-2 mins max . and u avoid all the traffic also .

What a great find this hotel was. A little far out but I always have a car so was fine. The grounds are nice. The suite was amazing and the staff were so helpful. Breakfast was very good as well. I would stay here again. Price and quality it’s perfect!!

One the Pool isn’t huge and water is very cold for some reason. The flies around the pool are annoying too.
Two they run sports clubs on the weekends for kids so I assume all the residents come from around Dubai and the entrance and car park get crazy. The staff I think could do more to help actual hotel guests in this scenario.
Other than this perfect stay. I would and will stay again!

The only problem was its location and the room was small but we upgraded to a suite which was really good. But under beds were not clean and full of spider webs. Amazing view and amazing balcony.

I recently stayed at Al Habtoor Polo Resort and had an amazing experience. Cherry made my stay 10x nicer with her exceptional service and friendly demeanor. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always greeting me with a warm smile and offering assistance whenever needed. The room was impeccably clean, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Cherry’s attention to detail and genuine care truly stood out. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, thanks to the wonderful staff like Cherry.

My stay at this resort was a generally wonderful experience. The resort features stunning design, and the hotel staff was delightful; they were always helpful and treated guests with professionalism and kindness.
However, I encountered an issue in one of the rooms; I noticed some damage as well as a lack of cleanliness. I immediately spoke to the reception staff about these issues. Their response was fast, and they dealt with me kindly and professionally, resolving the matter quickly.
I greatly appreciate the team's prompt response in addressing the situation, which made my stay more comfortable. I thank all the resort staff for this wonderful experience and look forward to returning again. Special thanks to Ms. Geri.

I I stayed at The Villas (403) yesterday for one night, and I must say I was extremely disappointed. The villa was not clean, and it seems there’s been no maintenance at all. The AC in one room wasn’t working, and in another room, it was barely functional. The toilets are very old and poorly maintained, the coffee machine wasn’t working, and even the private pool wasn’t cleaned.
I was a regular guest from 2020 to 2022, and the service and villas were always perfect during that time. Unfortunately, this stay was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues to restore the quality that The Villas used to offer. 👎

Al Habtoor Polo Resort has been a home away from home… I have been here for a week. The customer service is great, even if there is anything wrong they will fix it immediately. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. They have great restaurants at the resort, beautiful outdoor pool, a gorgeous cute Spa. The hotel is calm and quiet, the view of the endless green grass was nice for me, I enjoyed that. Only thing is the breakfast hall music is so loud you can hear it inside the rooms early in the morning and late at night, I’d say they need to play low calming music only there ensuring it does not disturb guests. I did mention it to them and they immediately looked into it though. Thank you Al Habtoor Polo resort for a great stay, I will most definitely be back InshaAllah.
