The S Hotel Al Barsha

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the accommodations were clean and comfortable, the service left much to be desired. The room was well-maintained, and the amenities were adequate. However, the staff seemed uninterested in providing a positive guest experience.I encountered several instances of poor service, such as slow room service and unhelpful staff. These experiences significantly detracted from my overall stay. While I appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel, I believe that excellent service is more important in the industry of hospitality.

Disappointing Stay at The S-Hotel

We booked 2 rooms at this hotel three weeks in advance, but a week before our arrival, they increased the price and downgraded our executive rooms to standard queen rooms without prior notice.

Upon check-in, my room was dirty, with strong smell of garlic, hairs around and a stained chair. The fridge and remote didn’t work, but they did replace them and clean the room after I complained. Unfortunately, the strong smell of garlic lingered despite their efforts.

The lack of communication and care for guests is disappointing. While they attempted to address some issues, the overall experience was far from what I expected. I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Hotel is not all that good. Rooms are nice but the washroom is small and the sanitary fittings were done in a horrible way. The AC does not even work properly. Room was clean which was the only thing I liked. Worst part about this hotel was their slow and tedious service. When we first checked in I wanted to make tea for myself and there was ABSOLUTELY NO MILK to make myself some tea which is the most basic thing ever and when we contacted hotel reception they said they only have milk powder which is just stupid. This hotels location is very boring too. The soundproofing is also very poor as you can clearly hear people talking nearby. I wish I could give this hotel a higher rating but theres so many things that hold this hotel back from being good. Honestly would not recommend this hotel even if its cheap. 👎

Hotel is at an affordable price. Good location. Quiet place. The hotel provide free transportation to some areas. Customer service is zero. No one dares to pick uo the phone. Room very small. Free parking. Good breakfast!

I had the worst stay ever at this hotel. The room was filthy, with stains in the bed, and the reception staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Even the room division manager was dismissive. I requested a simple name amendment, but they refused and shockingly he suggested me to call the police for assistance. Despite the booking agent's efforts to help, the staff still refused to cooperate. I have never encountered such poor service in my life. I do not recommend staying at this hotel at all. This was definitely my last stay here
