Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah

Beautiful hotel, fantastic service. Nothing is too much of a problem, so friendly. Lots of fab touches. Rooms have everything you need. Justice looked after are room very well, always clean, beds made up. Pool is lovely, great pool bar and a very short walk to the beach. Food is very good, something for everyone. We will return!

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, with special mention to Enoch, who went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met. Their warm hospitality and dedication to excellence made all the difference in making my stay truly unforgettable.

I was staying at the Conrad Dubai and due to structural work taking place in their pool we had the opportunity to come to this hotel and use their pool. The location is amazing, right on the beach. Plenty of sun beds and cabanas, their pool is very large with a great swim up bar.

The public areas are wonderful, you are hit by wonderful aromatic fragrances as you enter the reception area.

I can't comment on the rooms as I wasn't staying here. The staff whilst good were not as friendly as those at the Conrad Dubai.

We stayed for two weeks and it was great, especially the buffet! The pool is so refreshing and very clean and the room was spotless throughout our stay. All the staff and workers are super friendly and are always happy to help us with anything. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet. There was such a variety of sweet and savoury foods every time. The dessert always looked so carefully decorated and they tasted delicious 😋! In addition, the beach opposite the hotel looks amazing and there are so many shells from the beach to take home as a souvenir. We are definitely thinking about coming again for another holiday.

We spent five days at the hotel, celebrating my sister's birthday.
The breakfast is very delicious and the ladies who cook the omelettes are very fast and nice!
The dinner is very tasty and the staff is very attentive.
The rooms and pool are very clean. The reception staff is simply amazing, we received perfect answers and solutions to all our questions, we are sure that we will go back again!!
The gentlemen who stand in the entrance and not far from the reception are very attentive to the guests.
The bar on the ground floor is fun and the manager pays attention to everything, she was able to solve my request perfectly.
When we visited the spa department, a nice lady showed us all the rooms of the spa, she also does her job well and is smiling.
The beach is a 2 minute walk away, so you can get there quickly.

During my recent stay at the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, I found myself impressed by both the hospitality and the amenities provided. From the moment I checked in, the staff was attentive and eager to assist with any needs or inquiries I had.

Location and Ambience:
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it an ideal spot for both business and leisure travelers. The lobby is elegantly designed with modern decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The overall ambiance of the hotel exudes a sense of luxury and comfort.

Room Quality:
My room was spacious and well-appointed, with a king-size bed that was exceptionally comfortable. The room featured a stunning view of the city skyline, which was a delightful sight both during the day and at night. The housekeeping team did a commendable job in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring that all amenities were replenished daily.

Incredible. One of my favourite hotels I’ve stayed in. We booked an executive 1bed suite which was on the 3rd floor. Room was huge with plenty of space and storage (3 adults stayed in this room) main bathroom was also huge with a WC off the living room. The sofa doubles as a sofa bed & was very comfortable as was the bed. Balcony’s off living room and bedroom have great sunrise/sunset views.
Beds around pool were quiet in the week, but weekends you could struggle as more locals use on weekends. The are a number of bars/restaurants, all of a high standard. I highly recommend Jones the Grocer for seafront views and fresh food & a visit to Barfly Buddha bar on a Friday night. Rooftop views, great food and some great entertainment!
Mcgetticans is great for those that love sport good atmosphere too.
Location is also great as you can walk out on the promenade to other bars and restaurants and there is a little shuttle that does free pick ups and drop offs. Location provides easy access to to palm via metro or short taxi ride & reasonable taxi to the marina.
Finally I want to thank all the staff, everyone was so polite and helpful and they are all a credit to this hotel & made our stay so perfect.
We had an early start and left at 5am and they had a little breakfast bag of pastures fruit and fresh orange juice to take with us. Highly recommend

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Along with valet parking they have basement self parking which is perfect and comfortable.
