Millennium Place Barsha Heights Hotel

If you are thinking of staying because they offer a kids club. DO NOT. It is incredibly filthy, the have 20 stuffed animals and 10 coloring books which are filled and broken pencils. On top of that it’s charged even - what are they charging for? I tried to take my son in for a few minutes to check it out. The staff was rude and even if I wanted to stay with him to see I had to pay first. The rooms in the hotel apartments are very run down. Full of grease, stove doesn’t work, damaged mirrors… this is our 3rd time staying as the first couple times were decent. Never again

The staff pay very little attention and they are pretty rude. They charged me double for one night. One night that was already paid by my travel agency from 17-3-25 to 23-3-25. And I needed one extended night. I book on an app. Since it was way cheaper. I showed the receptionist so she can check, i am a tpurist, i am in their country, you would hope they will care a little. Unfortunately they dates were wrong and even thought RECEIPTIONIST SAID IT WAS FINE, again the night i was booking.it was a night it qas still paid for until 11am 24-3-25. The Receptionist did say the night I was booking was already paid for, which she knew it was. She booked me for the same night it was already paid for. They DO NOT WORK WITH YOU. if you want to extend at lobby They would want $159 US dollard... which for this hotel ITS NOT WORTH IT. Yowels were dirty. Beware all I can say. I WAS NOT CHECKING OUT EARLY, I never stated that. SO WHY WOULD THEY BE ALLOWED TO COLLECT twice for the SAME NIGHT. Definitely NOT using them next time.
