Location: on the island The Palm Jumeirah. Dubai airport is 35 km away and Abu Dhabi airport is 45 km away, Mall of the Emirates is a 10 minute drive away.
The complex belongs to the hotel chain JUMEIRAH INTERNATIONAL.
Consists of a main 7-storey building and the 38 exclusive Royal Residences two-storey villas, which are nestled in tropical gardens near the lagoon pool and tennis courts.

Not motor sports will take place in the internal waters of the island Palm Jumeirah, while motor sports (e.g., banana) will be held in open water outside the island because of the existence of the law banning motor sport in the internal waters of the island. Guests who book motor sports, will be delivered on the open water, a team that supports the object.
A clear schedule for which type of water sports do not exist, the provision of these services can be provided on request. All water sports are available at a surcharge.

Swimming pool is a great design with also great service. Loved the free Ice cream treats!
The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and offered beautiful views. The staff were courteous and attentive, making sure that every need was met with a smile.
The only minor issue during my stay was at breakfast. While the food quality was excellent, the service could sometimes be a bit slow, and on a couple of occasions, there were mix-ups with orders. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to the overall experience.
Despite this, I would still rate my stay 10/10. The Jumeirah Zabeel Saray offers an exceptional blend of luxury and relaxation. I will definitely be returning soon!
Great customer care and cater for Vegans and special dietary requirements on advanced order. All special dietary requirements will require confirmation at least 24 hours prior to visiting the restaurant. Good food options for kids and adults, a multitude of restaurants including Indian, Lebanese and other offerings. Restaurants are busy so will require bookings for lunch and dinner.
Our second visit and would definitely visit again. One of the furthest hotels on the palm so best to use provided shuttles if you plan to visit old Dubai, or else it will cost you a lot in Taxis.
A great walking path exists just outside the hotel, circling the local sea, with breath taking views of sunset, buildings and sea.

❤️ The hospitality from the employees is top notch. They’re super helpful from the moment you get out of your vehicle to every step of the way until you leave the hotel.
The rooms can be updated a bit to make it more modern.

🏊Indoor pool is separated for men and women which is great.
🏖️The beach is connected to the hotel, you just walk into it from the back.
Interior design is a work of art from the Turkish culture.
I would avoid the restaurants inside and eat outside as the food is way too expensive for the quality you get.
The Lebanese restaurant food was not good. It was way overpriced for the quality of food and portions.
On the other hand the front desk staff runs around like headless chicken and mess things up. We asked to extend out room for another day but they messed up the booking. Next day they asked us to check out. Anyway sorted the issue and left the hotel at 9pm after paying another CND 197 dollars. The housekeeping staff would keep on knocking on the door even with do not disturb sigh.
Food in Lebanese restaurant was great but the western style restaurant does was not that great. Ordered burger and was over greased with bun with a lot of butter. Overall not a good burger.
Rooms, outdoor swimming pool and specially the spa free access to indoor swimming pool, snow room, sauna.
I would recommend to take half board as all restaurants are far from the hotel

Club lounge is stunning with some snacks and free drinks if you take the club lounge package when you book. Very well worth the price.
