Fantastic location just steps from the metro and tram, making it super easy to get around. The breakfast was excellent with great variety, and the service was outstanding — special thanks to Merry and Pari for always being attentive and welcoming. Café 1859 is a must-try for its incredible pastries and desserts. Rooms were spotless and very well cleaned, and the reception team was always helpful. Highly recommended!
Ms. Yadanar was incredibly kind and helpful — she took the time to explain the Wi-Fi usage in detail, which I really appreciated.
The breakfast buffet itself was excellent, with a wide variety of options and everything tasted fresh and delicious. I especially loved that they prepared Eggs Benedict freshly on the spot, which made the experience feel even more special.
Overall, both the food and the service were outstanding. A very pleasant start to the day.
Merry and Muskan are an absolute gem. They were incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely kind. Every interaction with them felt warm and sincere. There professionalism and positive energy added so much joy to our stay.
However, all personal of the restaurant is a wonderful representative of the hotel, and we are grateful for the comfort and happiness they brought to our visit and we staid almost now month here.
We stayed here during a layover, so unfortunately didn’t have a chance to explore the location or surrounding area.
The only small downside was the breakfast — it wasn’t quite up to the standard we’ve experienced at other Pullman hotels, especially compared to the one near the airport, where breakfast was noticeably better.
But apart from that, a solid stay.
