Situated on Sheikh Rashid Road in Bur Dubai district, the prestigious business centre of Dubai, 5 km from Dubai airport. The hotel is connected by an internal passage with a popular shopping center Wafi City. Across the road is the "town of health" – Health Care City. The international exhibition centre of Dubai is a 5 – minute drive away.
The original 14-storey building in the form of a pyramid. The luxurious décor of the building is in Egyptian style in the interior design involved the theme of the elements earth, fire, air and water.

What a delight to stay at such an iconic brand hotel. The service is wonderful, all the staff were so pleasant and obliging but not over the top. We had a beautiful room on the ninth floor which was so comfortable. The food from breakfast through to evenings was faultless and we could want for nothing more. The pool area, sauna & change rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. All in all our experience was memorable for all the right reasons, so from our point of view, Raffles is a fantastic establishment for a couple to relax and be pampered, if that’s what your choices are.

Harka assisted us regularly, always with a smile, a kind gentleman.
Had two young kids but always made welcome, the lifeguard was fantastic helping my son in the water, special mention to him.
I would recommend for all types of clients here the services are to a very high standard and you have everything you could need.
Food quality was very good, plenty of concierge services and 24/7 room service.
Pool and Spa area was good, and easy going, very clean and good facilities generally.
Family friendly, and good options.
Connected to the Wafi Mall which is very useful and has no large chain fast food options so great for a cheap lunch that isn’t super unhealthy! Was helpful with the kids in avoiding McDonald’s, kfc etc.
Fairly close to the Airport, and can hire a car or get taxi to anywhere really as most places were reachable for a reasonable price.
Overall I found it to be a good value for money stay and the staff do go above and beyond! Even the cake for my kids at the end from the two lovely ladies in the guest relations team, a very kind gesture and thoughtful.
Good breakfast buffet, good lunch options and dinner options plenty with extensive menus.

From the moment we are greeted on arrival to the thoughtful check-ins throughout the day, the service is nothing short of impeccable. Our room is made up daily, complete with a nightly turndown service, and every interaction with the team shows how exceptional they are at what they do.
The suites are absolutely lush—spacious, modern, and luxurious, yet still authentic in style. I especially love that you never feel confined thanks to the walk-in wardrobe, the separate bathroom area, and the generous balcony in every room.
The pool area is perfect: quiet, tranquil, and equipped with everything you need. The food, whether at the breakfast restaurant or the pool bar, is consistently delicious, cooked to each guest’s preferences with care. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
The gym is a great size with just the right facilities and more. And the location couldn’t be better—close to the airport, major attractions, fantastic restaurants and bars, and right near Sheikh Zayed Road, which connects you effortlessly to malls and everywhere else you’d want to go.

The hotel itself is the epitome of luxury and elegance. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved spending time in the Library and the Club Lounge, both of which exude calm sophistication — perfect spots to relax after a busy day.
The breakfast was outstanding — easily one of the best we’ve ever had. The combination of a rich buffet and à la carte options was simply fabulous, with every dish beautifully prepared and full of flavor.
A particularly memorable moment was when the staff surprised my son with a delicious complimentary cake — such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us.
