Wonderful Stay at Element Hotel Dubai
We had a truly pleasant experience at Element Hotel Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome—especially the reception team, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was spotless and well-maintained, and we were kindly upgraded free of charge when the original bathroom setup proved a bit too tight for wheelchair access. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference and showed their commitment to guest comfort.
One of the highlights was the early breakfast they arranged for us on the day of our departure. It was a lovely touch that made our travel day much smoother. The pool area was also beautifully kept, offering a relaxing atmosphere and clean surroundings. However, the ceiling fan near the pool was quite loud, and some soundproofing would definitely enhance the experience.
The surrounding area is still under development, but there are several local shops, car rental services, and casual restaurants nearby, which made it convenient for everyday needs. Getting around was easy—Uber rides to places like Deira and Dubai Mall were smooth and affordable. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service several times a day to various attractions around Dubai, which is a great option for sightseeing.
Overall, Element Hotel exceeded our expectations with its attentive service and thoughtful accommodations. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and accessible stay in Dubai.

Great hotel, with amazing apartments and facilities. Even though categorised as 4 star longer stay hotel, it can easily be placed in the 5 star tier with this attentive service they provide. The team working here is amazing, starting with Sara and Amid at the reception, Gary, Biju, Yusuf and Prem from the Housekeeping team and the staff at the breakfast restaurant (didn't get their names). It's all what you look for at 5 star hotel, attentive service, anticipation and exceeding expectations. Thank you for making our special day even more special!

Superb discovery. The hotel, which is part of the Marriott Bonvoy chain, is wonderful and very clean. The staff is very helpful, and the rooms are spotless. We had booked a studio. The rooftop view is beautiful and offers an open view of the skyline. The stay was very pleasant and the value for money excellent. We will be back.

Because of an extremely busy week in downtown Dubai, I choose to stay in Al Jaddaf this time. Element truly surprised me with top quality service throughout my stay. The staff were all genuinely courteous and professional and they are the star of this hotel, shoutout to Sarah who helped me processed my early check-in and provide me helpful information about the locality, Ahmed and Madoo who I met at check-out. The rooms were fully equipped with basic amenities of a studio apartment. Couldn’t comment too much on breakfast, but don’t expect the spread like other 5-Star properties. The water filter machine in the room was a gem! Unlimited drinking water at convenience.

A very good stay. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Even checked on my flight and offered a late check out! The stay was pleasant and definitely will return.

Location is just 15-20mins to the airport, quite nearby. But it will be ~30 mins ride to other places.
Facilities: the shower head is sharp, and the water easy to leak out when taking shower. The bathroom don't have exhausted fan so pretty the rm is quite wet and muggy post shower.
Make up room service not that good as not everything equipped back and don't collect dirty towel in the dirty basket.

However, receptionists are friendly and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was truly a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided exceptional service, making my family and me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The room was spotless, comfortable and equipped with all the appliances we could possibly need, including a washing machine with a dryer, microwave and a water dispenser.

I also have to mention the toiletries – the brand of soap they provide smells absolutely wonderful! It was such a lovely touch that added to the overall comfort of my stay. The attention to detail and quality of service at this hotel really stood out.

Overall the hotel offer great service.
