The only thing I would say is there was no view.
The location is in Bur Dubai, which is quite close to all main attractions. However you will have to use a taxi to get everywhere. Closest Metro is probably around 1.5km away. But taxi is easy to get. They have complimentary Chocolate Hour every day 4-5 pm.
All in all very pleased with my stay. Will come again.
Was very warmly received by Marsha at the front desk who also helped me in arranging the cash to pay the airport taxi since I didn't have local currency at that time.
Morning buffet had good variety and all servers lead by their manager(whose name started with J......I am not able to recollect now) were on their feet making sure each and every guest was fed well and without much waiting.
I had opted for Half Board accommodation so besides buffet breakfast I had dinner at the Chutney restaurant on three nights. Food was good and I was very well attended and served by Bhawna and chef Rashid Qureshi Ji.
Later, in the following days, Rahul at the front desk was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about the places to visit nearby and mode of transportations to be used keeping my budget in mind.
Shuttle facility to Dubai Mall was an added benefit and Mr Venkat at the concierge was very warm in his dealings.
Meharban and Jamal from House Keeping were extremely professional in their services and very courteous too....they made my stay in the room very comfortable.
What I did not expect at all and totally disliked was the noise of the distant traffic from the highway close to the hotel and from the main road just outside the hotel, intruding the room even when the door and all the windows were totally shut......I could not sleep easily all four nights. I expected better sound proofing since the property is a five star facility.
