Day staff/management is rude,.unproffesnal.worse experience with them .No respect for clients,
Highly recommend not to go this Hotel.

I bring my family there and they give me 2 bed in room with no AC. And I saw there in washroom no towel also...very loudly music and sound from massage center which is besides my room.. I request them to change and they said, there no AC other room. Phone no working too so everytime need go down to reception for complaint .Please don't go this hotel because just waste of money and time....wrost hotel in Dubai...

If i can, i would give negative stars! Worst place to check in ! The receptionist guy was very rude! Doesn't even check the request. I requested a large bed and a non-smoking room. The reception guy said it depends on availability. This is the reason i booked in advance. I got twin beds and a room full of cigarette smell and a very dirty floor. I asked to change room, and he said he would spray room freshener ! Seems they dont have housekeeping. Almost all the rooms are filled with cigarette smell and dirty dusty carpet floors. Dont expect any toiletries. Or clean the bathroom. I had to call for a manager. They eventually changed my room only because of their manager. If you are looking for a cheap hotel , you can find other hotels at the same prices. I had a bad experience, so read the reviews before you regret it like me.
Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't come back there.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The hotel was not at all what it appeared in the photos and I found the lobby and rooms to be in poor condition and extremely dirty. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the unclean state of the lobby, which was cluttered and littered with debris. I had high hopes for my room, but was sadly met with the same level of neglect and disrepair. The furniture was stained and broken, and the floors were sticky and unclean. To make matters worse, I noticed that there were bugs crawling around in my room, which was a huge red flag for me and made me question the overall sanitation of the hotel.

During my stay, I found that the hotel staff were unresponsive and unhelpful, and I had to call multiple times to request basic amenities like fresh towels and clean sheets.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The poor condition of the rooms and lobby, combined with the bug infestation and unresponsive staff, made for an extremely unpleasant and hazardous stay. I believe that this hotel is in serious need of renovation and improved sanitation practices, and I would advise anyone considering a stay here to look for alternative accommodations. This was my worst experience in Dubai and I would not stay at this hotel again.

Bad experience i book room electricity not working same time change 3 room but its same. Finally got 1 room electricity working but smell bad no parking. For visitor they are extra charges

Maintenance of room was very poor.they doesn't provide a single glass of water to their guest......worst experience to visit there

It was frustrating experience right in the beginning, check-in took a good 90 minutes. This is not we expect after a 15 hour long flight. The front desk staff does not seem to understand the needs of the customers nor they seem to understand what they are doing. The rooms were below average. My overall experience ??????????
