The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. Check-in was smooth, and they were always available to assist with any queries or requests.
The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea facilities. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy and well-stocked.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. From traditional Middle Eastern dishes to continental favorites, there was something for everyone. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured that everything was replenished promptly.
The hotel also features a nice rooftop pool with a great view of the city skyline. It's a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. The fitness center, though small, was adequately equipped for a decent workout.
On the downside, the Wi-Fi connection in the room was a bit inconsistent at times, which was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, the decor of the hotel is a bit dated and could use some modernization.
Overall, I had a great stay at the Golden Tulip Deira Hotel and would recommend it for its excellent location, friendly service, and good value for money.
We even not able to use all the facilities
(Swimming pool, sauna,etch.) all under maintenance.
For me they should also put on their site that all facilities is under maintenance. So the Customer will not expect. Specially if you have Kids who really want to experience the 4star hotel but I am really sorry but not.
Staying in the 4star Hotel is like building a memories, this is not just you want to sleep😔

as they are misleading when the pool is no longer in an open area. Second you need to mind your guests as you have about 5 clubs inside the hotel especially for someone who is a light sleeper, consider placing them in a floor where the noise can't interrupt them or make the clubs totally soundproof, thirdly have staff who can communicate and know the ammedities of the hotel. The hotel should be rated as 3 star not 4
