The worst hotel I had ever been stay in my life. I don't want to give any star but I don't have any choice. The rooms have terrible smell. There were few clubs in the hotel which have a loud music till 3am. We can't sleep because of the loud music. BE CAREFUL. If you want to waste you beautiful time and money then you can choose this hotel.

A Disheartening Experience at Fortune Atrium Hotel

My stay at the Fortune Atrium Hotel was far from the restful retreat I had anticipated, and it’s with regret that I find myself compelled to share the numerous issues encountered during my visit.

First and foremost, the cleanliness of the accommodations was deeply concerning. Upon entering my initial room, I was greeted with an alarming sight: a mysterious brown substance covering the floors, pervasive throughout the space. Despite being moved to a different room upon request, the situation scarcely improved, signaling a systemic issue with the hotel’s hygiene standards.

Equally disruptive was the hotel’s evening ambiance—or lack thereof. Each night, the blare of excessively loud music made it impossible to find any semblance of peace or rest. The relentless noise pollution not only detracted from the comfort of my stay but also raised questions about the hotel’s consideration for its guests’ diverse needs.

Adding to the disappointment was an interaction with a staff member that left much to be desired in terms of professionalism and respect. Mid-conversation, the employee abruptly prioritized a phone call over our interaction, a gesture that felt dismissive and emblematic of the overall lack of regard I felt as a guest.

This experience was a stark reminder that not all accommodations prioritize guest satisfaction and comfort. If you’re seeking a tranquil, respectful, and clean environment during your travels, I regret to say that Fortune Atrium Hotel may not meet your expectations. My stay was marked by regret, and I would advise prospective guests to consider alternative options for their lodging needs.

Pros:
Location is a pro , you have public transport connectivity and also you find some attractions nearby
Cons:
Service is pathetic, I travelled with my 2 year old and I had to suffer a lot to get her food.
Hotel management is least bothered on the baby meal or when u ask them to customise something for you
During the breakfast also if any item goes empty it takes ages for them to refill even though you go and tell they are least bothered

They claim to be 4-Star property but it is no way nearby

I would not suggest anyone going with toddlers because it will be a tough ask to get food customised as per your need

Facilities in the room are not up to the mark like you don’t even get dental kit available in bathroom you need to ask the housekeeping specially for it

And many more I would say it’s a pretty average experience you could more better options in same price range and most guest coming here are tied up with some travel agent so they don’t have a option.
