Fortune Atrium Hotel in Dubai

I'll tell you my story and my general impressions. Please read to the end.

We stayed at the hotel from 24.11 to 29.11.

We booked a standard room. Check-in was in the evening, and we have jet lag + 5 hours. We checked in and decided to relax a bit. After that, they started getting ready for a walk and my wife, sitting on the floor, saw a tuft of hair. It doesn't seem to be critical, but glancing further along the floor, we realize that the quality of cleaning is at the level of 2 out of 5. I decided to check the beds and there was hair under the sheet too.
I decided to go down to the reception and change the room, without conflicts and loss of time. They gave us a second room, we went to it, and there were poorly cleaned floors and even found garbage on the floor. The staff understands that the situation is starting to take on a slightly different character and offers a choice of 2 more rooms. There are no changes in each of them. Now emotions are starting to appear (the rooms are dirty, it's late at night and we're hungry).
As a result, we upgraded the room, the room was clean for 4+/5 and the next day all the flaws that we highlighted were removed.

Now about the good stuff.
The staff is polite, flexible, understanding and helpful. I can safely say 10/10 here. The next morning, the manager of the Parvech Hotel came to us and throughout our stay he was interested in our comfort and any improvements that could be implemented. Special thanks to his entire team, who even remembered our names, what we eat and drink.

Parvech is a good manager and understands what needs to be done to improve the guests' stay. At the moment, the finishing materials in the lobby and rooms are being updated on the 3rd floor. I think we've almost reached the 2nd. And I am sure that a new focus has appeared on the priority radar - it is the quality of cleaning.

Overall 8/10 for its price. 1 point - I take off for clinching (initially I would have taken off 5 points), 1 point I take off for a strong focus on Indian cuisine, but there is an option for omelets, glazes, etc. + vegetables, fruits.

Otherwise, everything was cool :) thank you!!! I am sure that next time the score will be 10/10.

I stayed in this hotel for a long time every time I had a good experience, very nice staff, very good behavior, the room was very nice and clean.

Nice stay in this hotel. Great room service and polite staff. Munir from Bangladesh always solved my problems, from calling all local contacts to calling taxi. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Not bad! See you again inshallah.

Fortune atrium hotel is one of the best services I have ever had in Dubai, especially the night shift workers are very attentive to customers, always ready to serve your needs with good attention. And Freddy sports bar is a very good place to spend time with friends.

Very pleasant experience staying at the hotel. Even though they are new, they worked in all directions to make the customer feel at home. Very good support and response from day and night shift staff. The food is also very tasty.

The room is really clean and peaceful.
