Nice stay in this hotel. Great room service and polite staff. Munir from Bangladesh always solved my problems, from calling all local contacts to calling taxi. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Not bad! See you again inshallah.

Fortune atrium hotel is one of the best services I have ever had in Dubai, especially the night shift workers are very attentive to customers, always ready to serve your needs with good attention. And Freddy sports bar is a very good place to spend time with friends.

Very pleasant experience staying at the hotel. Even though they are new, they worked in all directions to make the customer feel at home. Very good support and response from day and night shift staff. The food is also very tasty.

Fortune Atrium Hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The staff was courteous and always ready to help with a smile. I loved the modern decor and relaxing atmosphere. Great location too-close to shops, restaurants, and transport. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers great value and comfort. Would definitely stay here again

Had a lovely stay at fortune, hotels hospitality truly makes you feel home away from home. All the staffs were very courtious and helpfully special shout out to Nidhi, Abhinav, and Shafiq from reception. They were extremely helpful and hospitable during my entire stay. Will surely come back soon.

My room was spotless, spacious, and had a lovely view.
The hotel restaurant also deserves a special mention. I had breakfast and dinner there during my stay, and both meals were delicious.
Lastly, a big thank you to Abhinav & Nidhi, who helped us with everything during the stay.

A Nightmare Stay at Fortune Atrium Hotel – Health Hazard Alert!
I recently stayed at Fortune Atrium Hotel for two nights, booking Room 334 and 336, and what was supposed to be a comfortable stay turned into an absolute disaster.
The moment we stepped into the rooms, we were hit with a thick layer of dust and filth on the carpets. It was clear that the carpets hadn’t been cleaned in ages—a breeding ground for allergens and illness. The air felt heavy, almost suffocating, with dust particles floating visibly in the light.
One of our friends, an asthma patient, started feeling uneasy almost immediately. The dust triggered a severe asthma attack, and instead of enjoying our stay, we ended up rushing him to the hospital. The medical expenses we incurred were far beyond what we paid for the rooms—an absolutely unacceptable and avoidable situation if the hotel had maintained basic hygiene standards.
Not just him, all of us struggled to breathe, experiencing sneezing, coughing, and discomfort throughout our stay. The lack of cleanliness in such a supposedly “reputable” hotel is beyond shocking. We expected at least a safe and hygienic environment, but what we got was a health hazard.
I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you value your health and well-being, STAY AWAY from this hotel unless they take drastic action to improve their hygiene standards. This is not just bad service; this is negligence at its worst.
