First, service. I asked for the bathrobe and was surprised to hear that they didn't provide it. C'mon, a 4-star hotel doesn't provide the robe even upon request? What a shame. And no shower cap, by the way.
I had to ask about room service cleaning my room three times before they finally did this. Without asking, they ignored the "clean my room" sign, the corner where my door was located, and most probably the whole floor.
And when they finally cleaned it - they took away ALL the towels. Thank you very much.
When I arrived, my sink was clogged. Did anyone even bother cleaning the bathroom? How was it possible not to notice?
Usually, I love the bedding in Millenniums. Here, the linen is half synthetic, so it's not pleasant at all.
They have a damn bright sensor light on something near the door to the room, so if you're sensitive to any lights and used to sleep in the dark - forget about it.
The shower is broken.
The breakfast is average.
Finally, it is in the middle of nowhere, literally. Yes, it's within walking distance of the Dubai Mall, but there are no cafes, coffee places, restaurants, or even pharmacies around. You can order food delivery, but if you'd like to take a quick bite outside - good luck with that.
I won't stay here again, that's for sure.
