The location is absolutely amazing — finally explored Old Dubai (only 5 minutes away!) and fell in love with the charm of Al Seef. The canal right next to the hotel makes evening walks feel calm, breezy, and so enjoyable.
The gym was a big highlight for me — spacious, modern, and with a stunning view over the water. There are great restaurants downstairs and on the rooftop, and even a supermarket right across the street — super convenient!
Honestly, I’m really happy with my stay — would love to come back!
What stood out most, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. I happened to be celebrating my birthday during my stay, and to my surprise, I was greeted with a cake in my room. The following morning at breakfast, the staff kindly sang a birthday song and presented me with another belated cake. This thoughtful gesture made my experience truly memorable and added a personal touch that I greatly appreciated.
I highly recommend this hotel and sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding service.👏🫡

무시로 봐야하는건지, 손님에 대한 최소한의 관심이 없어서 한국여권을 확인하고도 아시아인은 무조건 중국인으로 생각하는건지....
이유가 어찌됐든 기분이 좋지 않았네요.
*공항과는 택시로 10분 정도 (대략 27~30디르함 )
(버스로는 교통편이 좋지 않아 추천 하지 않아요)
* 두바이몰과는 꽤 멀어요

I would also like to express my gratitude to Ms. Pooja at the reception. Her kind and reassuring demeanor made us feel cared for. Furthermore, the staff at the restaurant, Mr. Jibon and Ms. Eva, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, always offering their help with warm hospitality.
The environment of the hotel is both stylish and cozy, providing us with a comfortable and welcoming stay. I would rate this hotel beyond 5 stars for the exceptional care and support we received.

U can also hang out at the Cafe behind the hotel, or to take a walk at sorounding, it's exactly by the creek and thanks to the reception she allow us to check in early after a very long trip
