**Amazing Stay & Excellent Service!**

Me and my wife recently stayed at Aloft Palm Jumeirah and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we warmly greeted by Mr. Ken, the receptionist, whose professionalism and kindness made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond to ensure that our check-in was smooth, providing helpful information about the hotel amenities and nearby attractions.

Throughout our stay, Mr. Ken remained attentive, always available to assist with any request we had. His friendly attitude and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. It’s rare to find such exceptional service, and I believe Mr. Ken deserves special recognition for making our stay so memorable.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel itself was in a great location. But what really set this experience apart was the outstanding customer service, especially from Mr. Ken.

Staying at Aloft Palm Jumeirah was a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was pure luxury—clean, spacious, and with stunning views. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. The pool and gym were great for relaxing and staying active. It’s a perfect place for a comfortable, upscale stay. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Aloft Palm Jumeirah, and it was an amazing experience. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the modern vibe and stunning views of the Arabian Gulf. My room was super comfy and had everything I needed. I loved spending time at the rooftop pool such a great place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.

If you are looking for a place that's very relaxed, away from the noise but close enough that its less that a 15 min Uber away. This is the spot for you. Add to that the value of having a few bars, 2 very good restaurants as well as a decent buffet, a private beach and a pool, then this GEM is for you.

If you have been to an ALOFT before, then you know what to expect. Marriott standards and overall, it's a clean, nice and safe place to stay, along with a nice walk / run path that wraps around the crescents. Shuttles to two local malls run daily (Emirates and Dubai Hills).

The beach is across from, the hotel along with a nice little bar by the shores for a nice cool off drink. The pool is nice and refreshing as well, so you have both beach and pool options all day pretty much.

The staff is exceptional from the moment you drive up to the place and are greeted by security, all the way to the room service and cleaning staff. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure your stay is at its best, at all times.

I have stayed there a few times, and it's my main stay when I want away from Dubai's busy and traffic ridden downtown. Its almost my escape home away from home.

Had a fantastic dining experience here.
Couple of names to be mentioned including the manager Amr, the servers Sanjeev and Mahmoud and the Chef Alex.
They treated us to a surreal experience for our romantic dinner.
We chose the buffet option and they went above and beyond to make the evening extra special by providing us specially prepared steaks and grills.
I can easily say that I’m coming back here soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Aloft , great service from all staff and always with a smile , our room was always cleaned impeccably and the sea view is worth it.
We found the food on offer to be of a high standard with omelettes freshly made in the morning and fresh soup / bread at lunch / eve along with many other options that suited us.
The 2 on-site restaurants were a real plus and we enjoyed dining in both.

Pretty good stay we had, and the staff was happy to help with anything.

Rooms cleaned every day, and food was pretty decent, too. Daily supply of water to the room.

If you are adventuring out, you will need a taxi. However, fares are reasonably.

Private beach is a bonus, too, and all supplied with towels, too.
