Description
The hotel is decorated in Asian-Thai style, with two piers on which are located the rooms with a glass panel in the floor and direct access to the sea. On site, three swimming pools connected to each other, forming the lagoon of the hotel.

Located on an artificial island palm Jumeirah, in 40 km from the airport Dubai, in the Eastern part of the island.

It was our sons 4th Birthday and wherever we were during the day, the staff made sure to make a fuss over him, cakes, singing, presents, balloons etc, thank you for making his day so special!
Finally the kids club is one of the best we’ve ever been too - the staff in there are amazing and remembered us from 3 years ago especially Jana. Thank you guys 🙏
The service here is second to none. Quick and efficient. The food is lovely. We try something different every time and it’s always nice. They even allow us to take the fruit away as we couldn’t manage a dessert straight after. They always have space to fit you in. Nice and relaxed atmosphere
The kids (and parents) had a great time at the kids club and teens club (another shout out to Gregory who took his time taking my kids through the different activities available). I would highly recommend for a family getaway.
Room service was great, attended to everyday and turned down in the evening.
Rooms and facilities were standard, but they were spacious. The bathroom and shower could do with updating to 5 star standard.
Location wise it's a long way to get off the palm and you will need a taxi as travelling facilities like the metro is not walking distance. There's a mini mart inside the resort and the closest one outside the resort is around a 30 minute walk.
There was some building and maintenance work going on around the resort and residents rooms. However I do understand that in order to improve and maintain the resort, this is required.
