Beach: own sandy beach in 50 m from hotel (1st coastal line). On the beach umbrellas, deck chairs, towels: free of charge. The beach is 450 m. the pool towels, umbrellas, deckchairs: free of charge.
Deposit for services at a rate of$ 100 per night. A passport is not required. The Deposit must be paid on the day of arrival to the hotel, refundable upon departure after paying the bill for services rendered.

I had a wonderful stay at Mashrabiya Lounge. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities.The staffs were incredibly hospitable and always ready to assist.The cappuccino I ordered was rich and velvety, paired perfectly with their freshly baked croissant. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and convenient stay.

The dining options were superb. Each restaurant offers a unique experience and excellent food—I especially appreciated the variety and quality. You’re truly spoiled for choice, and everything we tried was outstanding!
The staff is incredibly attentive and warm. From check-in to the poolside service, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly welcome.
And I can’t say enough about the Serenity Spa. The space is beautifully tranquil, and the massages were some of the most relaxing I’ve ever had. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and indulge.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Upon checking in, I noticed it was a bit busy, so I had to wait in line for a few minutes. While standing there, a gentleman who works at the hotel noticed me and initiated a friendly conversation. His approach was genuine, not just a distraction from the wait, which, by the way, was no longer than seven minutes. When it was my turn, the lady at the counter greeted me warmly, apologized for the brief delay, and to my pleasant surprise, upgraded our room to a sea view.
We were initially a bit disappointed to learn that the breakfast area was under renovation, and we had to eat in a temporary location. However, on our first day, a duty manager unexpectedly visited our room to check if everything was satisfactory. We assured him everything was perfect but casually mentioned the breakfast situation, without intending to complain. Just ten minutes later, he called to apologize for the inconvenience and offered us breakfast in a lovely restaurant within the hotel, to enjoy a delightful set menu in a beautiful setting.
Throughout our stay, the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. The room was amazing, and they cleaned it twice a day, ensuring everything was always in top condition.
In my opinion, what truly defines excellent customer service in a hotel isn't the absence of issues, but how the hotel addresses and resolves them, turning potential problems into positive experiences. This hotel exemplified that perfectly.
