Built: 2012
Located on the island palm Jumeirah, in the Eastern "Crescent". Dubai airport -47 km to the nearest Mall of the Emirates is 17 km away and the city centre is 30 km away.
The hotel has 2 buildings – residences and hotel, United in a single complex with a common lobby.
The hotel has 233 rooms and suites, 28 apartments (residences), all with sea view, almost all rooms with balconies. There are rooms for disabled and non-Smoking.
Total area: 450 000 m2.
Beach: own sandy beach in 50 m from hotel (1st coastal line). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The beach has three zones: Nar Beach, animation, Beach Suite and hotel guest area Suites, Family Beach – a quiet area for a relaxing pastime. The length of the beach is 870 m.
Deposit upon arrival – $ 150 usd* per night per room (*the Deposit amount listed is approximate and may vary by hotel).

Our stay at Rixos The Palm in Dubai was simply unforgettable! The hotel impresses with its luxurious facilities and perfect location. But what really made our stay special was the exceptional service.
A big compliment goes to Wilson from the Breeze Bar and Yam from the Sports Bar – two of the best bartenders we've ever seen! Wilson inspires with his charming nature and professionalism. Yam impressed with creative drinks that were real highlights of the evening. Both not only served drinks, but also made you feel at home.
A small suggestion for improvement: the WLAN could be more reliable and faster. Nevertheless, this did not diminish my positive impression of the hotel.
I will definitely be back and can recommend the Rixos The Palm to anyone who wants to experience an unforgettable stay in Dubai!
Every cocktail he prepared was a small masterpiece – both visually stunning and perfectly balanced in flavor. Yam took the time to understand my preferences and crafted drinks that matched my taste perfectly. It’s clear that his passion for mixology shines through in every detail.

From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed. Throughout our entire stay, all the staff wherever you are in the hotel, are incredibly attentive, warm and friendly and make a genuine effort to anticipate all your needs. The level of service in this resort is exceptional.

I would like to mention that it would be nice to see all members of staff inc the doormen in shorts in weather like this, nice tailored shorts would be much better and would make guests feel more at ease that they were not completely fully clothed and working in 40 degree heat.
Apart from that we’ve had the best holiday.

The food was delicious and fresh, my only negative was that we experienced limited availability in the a la carte as they were booked up - the Italian restaurant was simply scrumptious! I would have loved to eat there again.

If I could sum up the experience of our trip here in one word it would be abundance!
Nelson went above and beyond to ensure our time at the bar was enjoyable. Despite the sweltering 40° heat, he was always on hand, ready with a smile and plenty of drinks to keep us refreshed. His positive attitude and cheerful demeanour were infectious, and it was clear he genuinely cared about making sure all the guests were happy and well looked after.
Whether it was recommending the perfect cocktail or simply checking in to see if we needed anything, Nelson’s attention to detail and dedication to excellent service were truly remarkable. He kept the atmosphere lively and welcoming, ensuring that our time at the Dubai Breeze Bar was a highlight of our stay.
