At WET Deck, the poolside atmosphere is vibrant and chic, with amazing music and refreshing drinks. Everything was flawless, from the hospitality to the facilities. Highly recommend!

We have been visiting W Palm regularly for pool days and staycations. One downside is that there is no sun after 4pm in the adult only pool which is a big miss in the design of the hotel. The service level and quality of the facilities are usually fantastic. Unfortunately, we have seen a decline in various areas lately and hope to see improvement during our next visit. The pool staff is amazing but clearly not enough resourced to properly manage the guests (especially in the weekend). 50 minutes wait time for a simple lunch is unacceptable. The Valet organization is a mess and leads to extreme long waits.

We had a reservation here for one night, we arrived at 3:45pm, when we checked in, we were told that our room was not ready and they had to call room service to see how long it's going to take. Then they offered us to pay more for an upgraded room which is ready. It seemed like a game as the hotel was trying to make more money by selling the upgrade to us. We refused, the manager came after half an hr of back an forth, she mentioned that they upgraded us to a better room at no charge. So the welcoming experience at a 5 star hotel felt like a 3 star. That being the said, the room itself is very dark, the lighting in the bathroom was just not right when you tried to get ready to go out.

Great great great it's really great and one of the best hotels I've visited, there is privacy in the swimming pools as they are divided and the rooms are clean, spacious and great and have a beautiful view. There is a family swimming pool for children with a depth of 40 cm covered with a guard. The reservation was with breakfast and the restaurant was great and the food satisfies all tastes. It is very great for recreation and honeymoon and even family and children and there is also a kids area until 9 pm and the swimming pool until 7 pm. But it is full of foreigners and the main language is English and there are very few Arabs or veiled women there

Wow what an amazing hotel in every way, we arrived at 3am and the reception staff were so helpful and kind. They upgraded us to a suite which was out of this world. All the pools were fantastic and not overcrowded with people. We had dinner twice at the hotel, the rooftop bar and restaurant had the best food I have tasted in Dubai, the next day we had dinner in the hotel restuarant which was just as good the special was Around the World food so much choice. We went to the Spa twice and that was incredible. Normally I would have something negative to say because this hotel could not be perfect but I have to say it was the best hotel I have ever stayed at and have recommended to all my friends and family to check it out. Love Love Love it thank you for making our stay as special as it was.

Our six-night stay at W Dubai - The Palm was exceptional. The service was impeccable, and the culinary offerings exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, every aspect of our experience was top-notch, making it a memorable stay. The hotel, amenties the view and everything in between was remarkable. One of the best hotels we had stayed so far ❤️

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at W hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the luxurious facilities exceeded my expectations. The staff member, Sofiane, provided exceptional and courteous service that made my experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Had a GREAT time. Rooms are spacious. True definition of luxury and pampering.
We got an upgrade because it was our first time, which we really appreciated.
They have an adult pool and family pool.
Breakfast was beyond amazing, so many choices and super fresh.
Loved the fact that breakfast was until 11:45 which gave us the opportunity to sleep in.
Staff is great and friendly.
You can rent cabanas on the pool.
DJ at pool.
Would definitely go back.

What an awesome experience we had at W Dubai The Palm. We were treated like VIP from the moment we set our foot out our car. The friendly staff and hospitality was out of this world. They made our stay extra special… we celebrated our wedding anniversary and had such a pleasant stay. The swimming pools are next level and the rooms are high tech and very trendy. The spa and massage was VERY calming and tranquil. The breakfast was something I have never seen before. Such healthy options…. Thank you very much- we will see you again
