W Dubai - The Palm

Wow what an amazing hotel in every way, we arrived at 3am and the reception staff were so helpful and kind. They upgraded us to a suite which was out of this world. All the pools were fantastic and not overcrowded with people. We had dinner twice at the hotel, the rooftop bar and restaurant had the best food I have tasted in Dubai, the next day we had dinner in the hotel restuarant which was just as good the special was Around the World food so much choice. We went to the Spa twice and that was incredible. Normally I would have something negative to say because this hotel could not be perfect but I have to say it was the best hotel I have ever stayed at and have recommended to all my friends and family to check it out. Love Love Love it thank you for making our stay as special as it was.

Our six-night stay at W Dubai - The Palm was exceptional. The service was impeccable, and the culinary offerings exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, every aspect of our experience was top-notch, making it a memorable stay. The hotel, amenties the view and everything in between was remarkable. One of the best hotels we had stayed so far ❤️

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at W hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the luxurious facilities exceeded my expectations. The staff member, Sofiane, provided exceptional and courteous service that made my experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Had a GREAT time. Rooms are spacious. True definition of luxury and pampering.
We got an upgrade because it was our first time, which we really appreciated.
They have an adult pool and family pool.
Breakfast was beyond amazing, so many choices and super fresh.
Loved the fact that breakfast was until 11:45 which gave us the opportunity to sleep in.
Staff is great and friendly.
You can rent cabanas on the pool.
DJ at pool.
Would definitely go back.
Rooms are super clean and spacious. Quality of bathroom items is great.

What an awesome experience we had at W Dubai The Palm. We were treated like VIP from the moment we set our foot out our car. The friendly staff and hospitality was out of this world. They made our stay extra special… we celebrated our wedding anniversary and had such a pleasant stay. The swimming pools are next level and the rooms are high tech and very trendy. The spa and massage was VERY calming and tranquil. The breakfast was something I have never seen before. Such healthy options…. Thank you very much- we will see you again

The most amazing experience and accommodations. The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff among the best. True hospitality in every way. This property is so clean and stocked with free amenities that you do not see in other hotels. It is family friendly but you don't see children running around unattended. There are multiple eateries and the food is very good. Lots of other choices near by as well to eat.

You will feel very comfortable and relieved once you choose this hotel for your holidays.. We went there for our birthday celebrations and as soon as we arrived we had a great time. From the ambassadors at the entrance to the reception they were all formidable. Our biggest thanks goes to the legendary Elijah the manager in charge throughout our accommodation. We will never stop thanking him because he was the icing on the cake. He made our birthday celebrations even more memorable, he moved everyone for us.He sent us a very cute and sweet girl Rita to deliver us balloons and cakes and furthermore she put herself at our disposal to take unforgettable photos and videos in our room then Elijah also sent us a second surprise during breakfast with more cake and balloons and we were treated like queens. That's why we will thank him forever, he is a formidable and very friendly person. So thank you Elijah and your Team, you were very good and treated us very well. We also met the guys by the pool, one of them was Sunny, very kind and very approachable. It was an unforgettable stay that we will do again and will gladly recommend to friends and relatives.

I stayed at this hotel. Mr. Richard (a very nice guy) welcomed us and took care of our luggage. During check-in, I had a technical problem, the receptionist (whose name I've forgotten, sorry!) did his utmost to help us, and with a lot of patience, thank you to him! Then his colleague Mr. Akhtar upgraded our room and also took care of check-out.

Nice view from the terrace and outside the hotel, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.

The staff at the beach are nice too, not easy for them given the heat.

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, which seems to lack a few things.

In short, I recommend this hotel.

There’s nothing to complain about.
The hotel respects Marriott status, we’ve received some special treatment and a room upgrade.
