My second stay in less than 12 months did not disappoint - I visited in September last year with my two older children - and returned again in July 2024 with all the family .
My wife and younger daughter with us this time, experienced for themselves the luxurious hotel, wonderful pool area, great customer service and the amazing food!
The staff cannot do enough for you, restaurant staff are responsive and take special bespoke requests to the kitchen, catering for our Punjabi palate!
The outside staff summon taxis in an instance, always have a smile on their face as they bid you a good day and welcome you back on your return!
The Spa is amazing, lovely staff and superb massages!
Can’t wait to return again! Well done all round Raffles!

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The room was immaculate, the service was top-notch, and the facilities were excellent. We chose the half board option and loved the variety, especially at the buffet. The option to dine at an Italian or Japanese restaurant was a nice touch. Overall, a fantastic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Spending a day at Raffles The Palm Hotel was amazing. The hotel looks beautiful and the gardens are lovely. The pool and private beach were very clean and perfect for relaxing.
Lunch at the hotel was delicious. The service was great, with friendly staff making sure we had everything we needed.
Everyone at the hotel was nice and helpful. A day at Raffles The Palm is perfect if you want to relax and enjoy luxury. Highly recommend!

Stayed with my family at Raffles on the Palm in April-24. Two kids aged 2 and 4. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels that claim to be 5 stars but in my experience they rarely meet what you expect to be first class service. Raffles is true to its 5 star status. The service, staff, food, accommodation and facilities are excellent.
After a scary altercation with my son at the swimming pool early in the vacation, hotel management upgraded our stay and even offered us a family day out at desert safari, which we gladly accepted. The suites are insanely nice and elevated our experience at the hotel. The food buffet is wide-ranging and very good quality. The spa is beautiful. The indoor cinema is grand. My only gripe was that the gym was lacking in upper body equipment but it didn’t impact my stay.
Raffles is an excellent hotel and I’d highly recommend it you’re seeking a luxurious and hassle-free stay. I’d also recommend getting lounge access as it was nice to get away from the main restaurant.

This hotel falls far short of its advertised service standards, operating more as a money-making scheme than a genuine hospitality provider. Upon arrival, I discovered a significant price drop on booking platforms for the same dates, indicating overcharging tactics. When I requested to adjust my stay accordingly, I was bombarded with empty promises of VIP treatment and other perks, none of which materialized beyond a late checkout and a dubious $10 anniversary cake for an unspecified occasion.
Traveling with my family, including a one-year-old child, our experience with the half-board option was particularly disappointing. Despite the basic nutritional needs of a young child, we encountered constant hurdles when trying to obtain suitable meals outside of the set half-board offerings. Requests for simple items like yogurt, vegetables, or mashed foods for the baby were met with inflexibility, forcing us to pay exorbitant prices for adult meals just to feed our child adequately.
Despite raising these concerns repeatedly during our stay and at check-out, promises of follow-up from management were never fulfilled. Two weeks later, I'm yet to receive any communication from the hotel.
In essence, this establishment's only remarkable feature is its outrageously inflated prices. Beyond that, it fails to deliver even basic standards of service, making it a regrettable choice for any discerning traveler.

Simply wonderful. Booked a last minute deal and loved it. The service was excellent, the food was always perfect and varied enough each day to amaze every time. The pool is lovely, with 4 life guards on the main pool and another in the kids pool. Kids Club was brilliantly run. Spa pool was a refreshing change too. Highly recommended.

We had brunch here, but didn't stay overnight. The property is amazing and the brunch was spectacular. Our table was outside overlooking the pool and the beach, just beyond that. The quality of the food served was top notch as were the choices. The brunch runs from 1 - 4p, but you can stay awhile longer. There are three packages 1.) Soft drinks - juice - tea - coffee 2.) Same as above plus alcohol (see picture of menu) 3.) Same as above plus premium alcohol (see picture of menu). We went with #2 and the servers were good about getting our drink orders in. The crab legs, prime rib, and lamb chops were my favorites, but everything was really tasty. The desserts were fabulous. There was a really good two piece band along with a talented singer throughout the brunch. They were really good, a bit loud, but really good.
Note: The Entertainer discount book has 2 for 1 coupons, but you are required to chose the level 2 or 3 package to use them. We were lucky because our hosts had the Entertainer coupons.
