Cool, very cool. Quiet, cozy.

I am writing from the hotel, we are staying as part of an info tour. A very decent hotel: lots of Russian-speaking staff, beautiful rooms, delicious food and very friendly staff. Nice beach. Ideal for a respectable holiday.

We really liked the hotel. Cool, luxurious and beautiful hotel, everything is at the highest level. Thanks to the administration and special thanks to the staff for the services provided.

We have just got back from 7 nights staying at Raffles in the Palm and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were truly looked after, the staff in every department were all so friendly and professional, The lifeguards, beach team restaurant staff, chefs, concierge, room teams, landscaping, management too many to mention, special thanks to Ahmed and Melina who were so welcoming when we arrived, we were on half board so had plenty of food options from the many restaurants. I used the indoor pool early in the mornings which was great and the outdoor pool later on which again was very large and spacious with a pool bar at one end. All areas of the hotel were spotless and clean and the staff certainly seemed to take pride in what they were doing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. This was our first time in Dubai, we will be returning. Thank you for making our holiday a good one.

Our stay at Raffles Hotel Palm Dubai was nothing short of amazing! Our room was right in front of the ocean, offering breathtaking sunset views that made for the perfect romantic setting. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and felt like staying in a palace. The architecture is truly magnificent, and the entire ambiance is incredibly relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home, offering both comfort and luxury. A perfect escape for anyone seeking tranquility. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful hotel. Very beautiful and relaxing, right on the beach. Rooms are spacious and quiet. The attention to detail is very high and the staff are world class, extremely polite and helpful. Every amenity you need is here. Can't praise this hotel enough. Thank you for a great vacation! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Raffles The Palm Dubai and it was truly the best hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect.The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered breathtaking views , The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch, including high end toiletries, a well-stocked minibar, and a state-of-the-art entertainment system.
The dining experience was another highlight of my stay. The on-site restaurant served delicious, beautifully presented dishes, with a wide variety of options to cater to every palate. The Night buffet was particularly impressive, with a vast selection of fresh, high-quality food. Thank you for the magical experience.

My second stay in less than 12 months did not disappoint - I visited in September last year with my two older children - and returned again in July 2024 with all the family .
My wife and younger daughter with us this time, experienced for themselves the luxurious hotel, wonderful pool area, great customer service and the amazing food!

The staff cannot do enough for you, restaurant staff are responsive and take special bespoke requests to the kitchen, catering for our Punjabi palate!

The outside staff summon taxis in an instance, always have a smile on their face as they bid you a good day and welcome you back on your return!

The Spa is amazing, lovely staff and superb massages!

Can’t wait to return again! Well done all round Raffles!
