Popular hotel for families with children and youth: a variety of entertainment, excellent food, has everything for a varied pastime. Very varied diet, but a small area of the room. The hotel is adjacent to BTS Skytrain station. From the window of the subway car overlooking the Palm island. Not recommended for guests who love the peace and quiet. The nearest shopping centre Mall of the Emirates is 20 minutes ' drive away. When you check takes a Deposit.

Located on the famous man-made Palm island, 35 km from Dubai international airport, 15 minutes drive from the city centre.
Included in the hotel group KERZNER INTERNATIONAL RESORTS.
Consists of two towers: 22 floors East and the 19-story West, connected by an archway.
Total of 1539 rooms, including one Suite Bridge Suite which is located above the arch connecting the East and West towers of the hotel. There are specially equipped rooms for people with disabilities (16), the rooms connect (90%) and non-Smoking floors.
Total area: 457 000 m2.
Beach: own sandy beach in 50 m from hotel (1st coastal line), the beach facing the inside of the island, so the sea is always very calm. The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, deck chairs, towels: free of charge. Pool umbrellas, deck chairs, towels: free of charge. The length of the beach - 1500 m.

I came here with my family (mother, father, husband and 7-year-old son), on a half board basis and we had two rooms next to each other. The rooms are spacious and luxurious with decent views. We arrived late on a Sunday night and were offered room service as the buffets were just closing, amazing service and some of the best food we have ever eaten!
The staff at the hotel cannot do enough for you and are so plentiful, you can really see what you are paying for! The pools and beaches are so well kept and spotlessly clean.
The food in the buffets (both Saffron and Kaleidoscope) is top notch and varied. My only issue would be a suggestion of more food available for children. The waiters would facilitate this on order, but having some “kid” food available would have been nice.
I was disappointed to hear that the shuttle to the mall is no longer in operation, from a commercial point a view I can understand why, but from a customer point of view it works out expensive getting taxis!
Early access to the water park is amazing, getting in at 9:30 and getting on all the rides before it gets truly unbearably hot was a god send!
Cannot fault the hotel at all, a beautiful place and would love to come back.
My only negative, which is of no fault of the hotel at all, is other guests. Some guests are so rude, entitled and downright ignorant, but that may be a “money” or “culture” thing.
Everything is flawless from the moment we walk in till the end of the evening. I booked the table via the Hotel App.
Every single dish was beautifully presented prepared and delicious! The team is extremely knowledgeable, professional and attentive. Thanks to the sommelier who recommended us a nice bottle of Lebanese red wine.

Although we have stayed at Atlantis before when it first opened we will never return.
This hotel has become "commercial" and trying to follow the American way of up selling everything.
We opted to upgrade to the drinks package at circa £700 for the week.... Please read into this package as it isn't what it seems.
We opted to do the shallow dolphin experience (6 of us) on arrival we were advised that we would have a better experience if we went by ourselves ( of course, this was presented at £700) which we abruptly declined. It turns out only two other people were with us! I found this almost as frustrating as £30 a photo after.
On a positive note, the buffets are very good ( I personally don't like them usually) the Lebanese restaurant was good, Gordon Ramsay "bread kitchen was a 2 out of 10 though.
You can't doubt the hotel is successful, but just not for us ever again.
Rooms were slow to be cleaned and children running up and down corridors in the early hours was also frustrating.
RESTAURANT IN THE UAE! Everything is super tasty! I really enjoyed my time here. LOVE LOVE LOVE the food. Maksat was amazing during our time at ayamna! He always had a huge smile on his face, very attentive and caring. i felt like i was at home!
Not just the food was amazing but the service was beyond amazing.
All the foods were served in a very elegant design and beautiful dinnerware.
This restaurant deserves to be in a better place than Atlantis The Palm!

The operation manager, Radia went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
After finishing our dinner, they surprised us with a lovely birthday cake. We had such a great memory and we are looking forward to coming back again.
We liked the balcony view and the size of the room, was quite spacious.
Only downside is that the hotel does feel quite public
The service was very attentive and professional while handling our requests and wishes with great care!
