Very helpful staff! Even though I wasn't a guest, the staff had helped me to sent few postcards, because I couldn't do that due to international work holiday (1st of may), and it was my last day in Bulgaria

This is the best hotel in Europe in this price range. It is located in the best place in the city center of Sofia, walkable to various kind of restaurants of all kinds. 5 minutes walk to subway station

After we casually mentioned the incident to a staff member in the lift, the hotel immediately apologized and went above and beyond by leaving a heartfelt note and a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit bowl in our room

What a lovely hotel! I didn't have reservations but they found me a wonderful room to stay for a couple of nights! I felt safe and secure the entire time for duration of my stay! The room was clean and spacious, simple but with everything that you need and nothing that you don't! The bathroom was also lovely!Same as the room, clean and spacious! The free breakfast was also excellent with a barrista making delicious made to order coffee drinks. We did not have a chance to stay long enough to enjoy the pool and gym but we would absolutely stay here again

Great hotel! The room was beautiful, clean, large, and it smelled very nice. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. Nearby they also have Jasmine Restaurant with fair prices and amazing food

After my dad suffered a stroke in Sofia, I've been dealing with very rude people throughout the city. Standing in contrast to this, the hotel receptionist Ivan has been very friendly, accommodating and empathetic

It was the weekend so we figured they were coming from some party. But during weekdays, no issue with noise at night because Sofia is a quiet city at night. Bathroom was also spacious with heater

That entire side facing the street was floor to ceiling glass. On our first night, some ladies next to our room came really late (or was it early morning) and made a lot of noise

There are subway stations, bus stations, and tram stations nearby. The transportation is convenient. The staff at the front desk are enthusiastic, and they tipped 20Lv before leaving!

It's located near the Train Station that's why we booked it. But we never used the train (or tram) because we liked to walk, that way we could see more of Sofia

We did use taxis at some point and taxis are cheap in Bulgaria. The hotel was small but the our room had a big space. It's not luxurious but it's not cheap looking at all. The room was facing the street

Some elements in the room might be impractical for some people but certainly not disastrous (basically a wet room and not a shower with curtains, low bed and sofa, huge windows that can open just a little bit) but overall it's a very good value and we are glad for staying there in spite of negative reviews

Just a ten minute walk from all the action its close enough to be ideal amd far enough to be "quiet. " Rooms are excellent in size and amenity and the bed is comfortable

The shower is like a jet wash which is a positive; you can turn it down. It is a win win for me and I'll look to stay in a COOP hotel again no problem

The employees were always there to help you with anything you might ask. Clean room with a nice comfy bed, king size, they said, a comfy double bed, I say. Nice buffet for breakfast with a great variety of products

The definition of the perfect location. Metro line with connection to the airport just 4 minutes away. Every attraction is just within 5 to 12 minutes walking range. So basically, Sofia is on your feet

The perfect thing is the location easy to find whatever you want, easy to find parking space around the hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful, the WiFi is not strong enough, breakfast is fine, need to care more about the maintenance and other things can be improved, very good value for money

The air conditioner in the room didn't work, it was stuffy, the breakfast quality was very poor, the drinks were mixed and had an indescribable taste, and the attitude of the front desk staff was also average

Close to pedestrianised street with plenty of cafes and bars. Metro close by also. Both location and rooms were top notch. Bar closed early so couldnt even get a sandwich as I arrived at 23.00hrs. But had a lovely time.

Lovely hotel, not far from the city centre, friendly staff. 

I arrived without reservation at 1am and they gave a studio for the price of a double room. Then they also stored my suitcases for the whole afternoon. It’s not a 5* hotel but was okay for the price.

Zero distance from the bus station, about 15 minutes to Sophia Church. There is no one at the front desk after 6 o'clock, so you need to ask for the access code in advance.
