The hotel has a great location at an intersection, and it even has a bar and an open-air restaurant, which is very convenient. It's also close to a shopping mall, just across the pedestrian bridge. The hotel environment is nice, the rooms are good, very clean, and the service is excellent. Highly recommended.

The location is okay, 15 minutes from the airport, but a bit far from the city center.

I spent just one night here, and it was a wonderful experience. The reception staff were very professional and friendly. The room was both clean and spacious. If you're visiting Sofia, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. I will definitely be back!🤗

we were accommodated from 14.4.-16.4.2024 .
I don't know what to think.. I wanted to order a mimosa at the bar but the waiter told me , they don't make cocktails now but he can to prepare mojito if I want. Btw mojito takes longer to prepare than mimosa😀 but ok.
the receptionist didn’t speak English I can’t understand. I don't understand how she can work at the reception.
room service and food was disappointing.
restaurant staff who can't smile and prefers to take care of the phone than the guest… my fiance is member of the radisson group but this was very far from Radisson…

Exceede expectation. Like the idea that they provide bottles and water dispenser. Room is large, more than enough space. We had the room 807. Able to see the nice sunrise every morning. Some tea spoons in the room would be a good improvement.
