Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The Front Office Manager handled my check-in, and it was flawless. The receptionist who assisted me during check-out was very helpful and friendly. The driver was fantastic—truly welcoming and professional. My room was spotless, and the housekeeping team was both cheerful and attentive. The breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of delicious options. From accommodation to transportation, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. As I left, I felt like I was leaving my own home

Rooms were very well done, location is very close to airport and right next to a mall. But what sets this place above is the staff. Especially Katya at the main desk. Extremely smart, problem solver, speaks multiple languages extremely well. Novotel.. better keep her.

I stayed at this hotel for around 9 days. The rooms are always clean. The reception staff was super nice ,always very attentive and ready to provide all the necessary information, specially Katya and Vanya . Thank you so much to both of them for their attention and kindness. Breakfast ,drinks and restaurant food are really good . A shopping mall is just next door .Offering everything a traveler might need while away from home. Highly recommended hotel.

I stayed at this hotel during two different business trips. The rooms are very beautiful and always clean. The taxi service from the airport to the hotel was excellent. The reception staff was superb—always very attentive and ready to provide all the necessary information. The breakfast and aperitifs were up to the standards of a high-level hotel located in the outskirts of Sofia. A shopping mall is just a few steps away, offering everything a traveler might need while away from home. Highly recommended hotel.

I am very amazed by the service that I got. Housekeeping was wonderful with their cleaning service. Breakfast was immaculate! I loved the special Bulgarian food section. One thing that I loved is that the staff in the reception and the restaurant always had a smile on their face! 10/10 I would definitely recommend if you want to take a good vacation!!!

I often travel to Sofia for work meetings. And I always choose to stay at Novotel because the team is professional, the quality and fast service are very important to me. The food is great, the rooms without remark. Everything I needed, the staff have assisted me the minute. Clean, cozy and comfortable!

On 31 Aug 2024 Milen provided excellent customer service in helping my partner retrieve her phone from a taxi. He went above and beyond in retrieving it. I couldn't rate his customer service higher!
The rooms are also very nice, and it's located between the city and airport with nearby public transport/taxi service available

The restaurant has an excellent range of food, including seafood and normal European fare.
