NH Altona Hotel

I stayed three nights during a business trip. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to several issues.

• The shower head mount was broken and poorly put together, so it fell apart the first time I used it. How has this not been fixed? I assume the cleaning staff might have used it when clean the bathtub.

• Another issue was with the toilet paper holder, as part of it came loose as well.

• The shower drain was clogged, leaving me standing in ankle-deep water every time I showered.

On the first morning, I informed the reception that I wanted to add breakfast for all three days. Despite this, no staff checked my reservation the first two mornings. On the third day, they finally checked and couldn’t find any record of my breakfast reservation. Instead of resolving the issue, they seemed annoyed and gave me unpleasant looks during breakfast.

The breakfast fürer also checked by the reception, then I checked out. If you skrev up don’t blame it on your customers. Especially then you serve a really mediocre breakfast!
