Check in online and everything was ready when we arrived. Room was spacious for 3 of us. There's a small kitchen within the room, kettle, coffee and water is provided. Theres an Italian restaurant, 12 mins away Mozzamo Gmbh which serves good italian food. U Bahn is just few mins away and Marienplatz is 5 stations away, convenient. Breakfast was fresh, limited variety but tastes good. Service staff...
In general everything was alright for the price we paid. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable. But the room was not very clean, a layer of dust could be seen on multiple surfaces.
It was really nice. Location is close to subway station. Rooms are clean, even they cleaned it everyday. Rooms has a fridge, microwave and a cooker, which is very convenient. The buffet is also very delicious and available with variety. If I ever visit Munich again, I would probably stay there eventhough it is bit away from the coty centre. I really loved that experience. I do recommend to all, specially...
Excellent stay! Convenient location, very clean, friendly staff.
Fantastic apartment hotel, very spacious and with lots of amenities. Accessible easily to public transit on U3 / U6 line. We had to ask for cutlery to be delivered to room as it was not originally in the room, but that was OK
The location is good, the breakfast is good, although there are not many varieties. The room facilities are all there, and the shower area is a bit small.

The facilities is basic for the 4-star hotel. The aircon was not working and it was a bit warm in summer.
Stayed in a triple bed room. Enough switch pointsv& big bathroom.
Super good location and just 1-2min walk to the central station. The breakfast meal is delicious and room is comfortable. The staffs are all so helpful and allow for luggage storage while waiting for room check in😍
Very nice stay, clean environment, friendly staff, very very convenient location.
Basic amenities were provided, i’m sure the others would be available upon request. No complimentary water given, abit unusual.
Housekeeping was rather basic, didn’t seem to understand my requests nor responded.
Great location, super convenient for train and subways and food and shopping ◡̈
In house restaurant wasn’t fantastic, and front desk have a mixed of friendly and not-as-friendly staff
The hotel is clean and room are spacious. Great location and friendly staffs as well. The negative are 1) hotel not provide any complimentary drinking water, 2) room is dated 3) mattress is too soft. It more like local hotel. Not international hotel standard.

Great staff and better breakfast.
My stay there was short but very enjoyable.
I slept well. They’ve got nice beds with all that goes alongside it. I didn’t realise when it was morning and fell like sleeping more.
The receptionists were very receptive and professional, they also help and are available to client anytime without grievances.
The hotel is not very clean. The toilet seat clearly needs more thorough cleaning. It is difficult to get into the shower. Otherwise, the room is ok, good size. Keep in mind that there is a construction site opposite and it is already noisy at 7:00.
We had a decent experience in our stay in Hotel Orly in Munich. Room was spacious, but was very dimly lit. The locality is good. Its around 300 m from the Schlörstraße bus stop but there's no direct connectivity from there to the city center or the central station. You either need to hop over to Donnersbergerstraße
or Donnersbergerbrücke for futher connectivity through S-bahn/U-bahn/trams. But overall...
The hotel is well positioned, with an amazing restaurant (PKorn restaurant & steaks - it is a must). Rooms wise, we have booked a triple room which was in fact a double room with an extra extensible armchair which was relatively small (cannot be compared with an actual single person bed). There was little space for 3 people as we had an extra extensible armchair left in our room randomly, which made...
We stayed at New Orly Hotel for two nights and it was perfect for our needs. 10 mins walk max to two separate train stations and lots of cute little cafes close by as well. Easy to get to Oktoberfest for those visiting for that, and the rooms have everything you need and very comfortable beds.
Most of all, the service was fabulous. I had an unfortunate incident of leaving my passport and wallet in...

The hotel is lovely but a nosebleed price that seemed a poor value compared to other lovely places we stayed
Very professional and accommodating staff. I worked say the steak was what made this hotter 5 star. Plus the facilities were top quality.
Best hotel in Munich
Very warm and friendly staff! Amazing location facing the gardens. The rooms are cozy, and very comfortable!
The restaurant at the hotel is beautiful as well!
The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything worked as it should.
We love the Charles Hotel, the staff are so kind and thoughtful. A true 5 star hotel with all the amenities and care taken to make you feel special and totally at home. Vast breakfast choice , quiet , clean rooms furnished beautifully .
Excellent room with great view. Super clean with exceptional staff, especially the concierge who was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us with train tickets and directions. Great gym as well.

I had a great stay overall – the staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, and everything was well organized. However, the only downside was the bed. Unfortunately, it wasn’t comfortable at all, which affected my sleep. If the beds were improved, this would’ve been a perfect experience. Still, I appreciate the hospitality and everything else was really good
Basically, everything was fine. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and balanced breakfast.
The room was nice and quiet. But there were cockroaches, two or three on the table and in the bathroom
A bit far but convenient with public transport near hotel.
Very close to Munich downtown with only 15-20EUR taxi
Ideally located, staff swapped our room as original room safe not working. Very friendly and approachable staff. Parking easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Budget hotels. Carry your own water bottle and refill from the taps or buy one and refill for the rest of the trip. Very close to railway station. Request for a phone in your room, it should be there by default but sometimes may not be there.
Good for a short stay. Very good location. Rooms clean. No water in the room. Breakfast ok, but the same every day (at least during my 3 nights' stay).
Nice location with beautiful ponds nearby. Good breakfast.
Very good service from the lady at reception who spoke to us in Spanish. The hotel was very pleasant and well located, 2 blocks from the train station. The room was very well equipped. The breakfast was very basic, with few options. There was no hair conditioner in the bathrooms.
Though not on the main city, transpo is walking distance.Breakfast excellent
Very nice and clean place. The breakfast was quite tasty, but not too big of a choice. The parking is a bit expensive - €20, but there is a chance to find a parking spot nearby. Theew was no fridge in the room. In general, a nice, clean place at a good location, at an affordable price.

Nice room, mostly clean except for a few minor issues in the bathroom and air conditioning. Good transport links and a direct location near Harras.
I arrived by 1pm, but they had already finished cleaning the room, so they let me check in.
The room was clean, and the best thing was that it had a bathtub.
This was my third time here, everything was wonderful!
The location is perfect, it closes to the S bahn and U bahn. Easy to go anywhere in Munich.
It was a good hotel. Kinda clean though a bit old. But the location is good as it’s close to the metro. In terms of price - quality it’s a very good option

The hotel is actually managed as an apartment. You need to register and fill in your personal information on the machine, which is not very friendly to tourists who don't speak English. This was not explained when booking the room, so we were embarrassed when we checked in. We were completely confused. Fortunately, a hotel staff came down to help, and it took a long time to get it right. The decoration...
Convenient transportation, 3 minutes walk from the subway station, several supermarkets nearby, and convenient dining
This hotel is very comfortable to stay in. It is a traditional four-star hotel. It is up to standard in all aspects, so it is still worth choosing. The location is also good. You can choose
The breakfast doesn't offer value for money. €19 is definitely too much.
Nice hotel with everything good!

lovely buffet breakfasts and the coffee is superb
Literally loved staying at this hotel!! The staff were so friendly, the rooms were so nice, and overall had a great experience. Definitely check out the restaurant below, great value for money and super yum!! Highly recommend to anyone come to Munich.
One of the BEST hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
To start their parking is a little cramped, but it’s okay.
The rest is just excellent from the quality of the room to the service of the staff, I think this hotel is underrated by a lot! They have electric blinds. Nice mood setting lighting which emits yellow light that helps with sleep. The restrooms are so nice and almost soundproof to the point where...

Great value for the money.
We really liked the breakfast, there was a wide variety of foods, something different every day.
The rooms are a little small, but enough for 2 people.
The WIFI was surprisingly good.
Great location, very close to the metro station and just a few stops away from the city center.
Considering the hotel’s price range, the television in the room felt unacceptably outdated. I have stayed in considerably cheaper accommodations that offered far better TVs, so this came as a real surprise. In 2026, a smart TV should be a basic expectation. Additionally, I would also recommend adding clear signage at the balcony door to indicate the raised step, as it is easy to miss and could pose...
Hotel in a very good location, close to the metro, which was an excellent choice for a business trip. Comfortable, clean room, well equipped, with its own parking lot, which is a help for those arriving by car. Helpful, kind staff. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of welcome prosecco upon arrival, it set the tone for a great stay. The bar downstairs was not only convenient but also served delicious cocktails. Overall, a wonderful experience with both comfort and hospitality.
The room is very well designed with several different areas, making it seem larger than it is.
The staff on reception are all friendly and helpful.

Every staff is nice!!! I have never fond anywhere else that has as polite staff as here. All the facilities is good and the room is pretty clean! I really like this hotel and enjoy staying here!
Room and bathroom quite large, bed very comfortable. room and bathroom cleaned (even if the moquette would need a renewal or replacement with something else).
Very close to the U3 Machtlfinger Straße, good price.
Good choice if you need to stay in that area (as I had), probably not the best choice if you need to visit the city, even if the journey with U Bahn takes approx 20 minutes.
Comfortable sleep. Could have used a +1 pillow. Very convenient near U Bahn. Parking available for a fee..
Bathroom shower had a long black hair upon arrival. Also whilst our room was at the end by itself, we were woken multiple times over the nights by slamming doors from other rooms. So it wasn’t a quiet stay.
Staff were very pleasant though
I highly recommend this Hotel – the room was very clean, near U-Bahn and the breakfast was perfect
Wonderful place.
They were taking care of my luggage, gave me an umbrella when i needed it also.
The breakfast was rich, the bar and restaurant were amazing and love the fact that it's a 24/7 hotel.

We have been lodging in this hotel since 2015. In the first years, the price (con Expedia) was really good, then it became more and more expensive (changed owner). The rooms are very different, but most are pretty big for European standards. Once we had a dark room with a really bad smell - but they changed it and gave us a big, lightfilled one with a nice new, big bathroom. The year after that the...
Good hotel with reasonable price and courteous staff. There are couple transport stop from which you can get the center of the city, clear rooms
Good, clean and hygienic hotel.
Hot water kettle not provided in room. However kettle can be requested from the counter.
Plain water provided by the hotel is pretty expensive. However cheap water can be procured from nearby gas station which is only 2-3 walk distance.
I booked two nights at this hotel and only stayed for one night. The heat and humidity in the room was unbearable in July. It was hotter in my room than it was outside. Large apartment which is tough to find in Europe. Sound proof rooms were incredible. Good location. Close to train to get to old town. Kitchen lacked dish towels and a couple other things and ran out of toilet paper during our stay
What a wonderful Hotel, staff were superb, unbelievably easy to access the uban from the hotel.

A great stay, we can highly recommend staying at the Park Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Living Hotel Prinzessin Elisabeth in Munich. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s design has a charming, slightly vintage style that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. My room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Great location near the Isar River, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!
We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights whilst visiting Munich. The room and facilities were very good.
It is set in a tranquil area about a 30 minute walk from the old town centre.

The good: Location is nice. Sauna and wellness area is awesome. REWE supermarket downstairs is very convenient. Great new modern hotel! Very clean and at a great location with multiple options for food, shopping, public transportation. Walking diestance to the parks and city center. Great underground secure garage. Travelled with kids and was very happy with our choice.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Great location. With only a 10 minute walk to the main square. Tram and train station a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were amazing. Extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Even the owners son took the time to check we were okay and have a chat. Will definitely be coming back.
Great location for staying in Munich and the room was comfortable, clean, and simple - exactly what I was looking for.
Great location, friendly staff. The room was comfortable for one person (I was traveling solo) and clean.
The stay was great - we went early to drop off bags and they let us check in. The staff was very friendly, hotel was VERY clean and orderly.
Hotel Isartor is an older hotel with a not particularly welcoming staff. The bathroom was tiny with a shower squeezed into a corner. The breakfast was adequate. Elevator was broken and water was spread around emergency staircase (I do not know the reasons why.... ). I think hotel facility is a bit older, even if IBIS is budget hotel brand in ACCOR.
2 min walk to Nordfriedhof U-Bahn station entrance. Also the Lufthansa Express Bus, has a stop outside the U-Bahn station, which is a lot quicker journey to/from the airport than taking a train.
The reception worker (the odler one) was very helpful when we needed to print out the tickets for the game.

It is close enough to public transportation so you can explore the area without going too far and worrying about getting back
Just far enough from the downtown area to make it relaxing. Close to the subway and the direct bus to the airport that only stops across the street and downtown...a little dated but we'll maintained. No a/c but not really a problem. Feels safe and friendly area
