This place is legitimately the worst hotel I've seen in my life. I booked for a week but I walked in saw the place and left a few hours later.
The rooms were broken down and looked like they might have been nice 2 decades ago. The wifi, lights, and AC go out constantly. I just cut my losses and donated my $1300 to them and booked another airbnb because it is literally UNINHABITABLE. The place is not refundable for a reason!

Hopefully this serves as a warning...

DO NOT STAY HERE!!…
The room was terrible, it didn’t have any blackout curtains and my room was facing the pool on ground floor, therefore everyone could see me after I get out from the bathroom. The pillows were super small and super uncomfortable, the sheets were stained. The shower was broke, the metallic pipe was broke and I had to press it with my fingers to stick it together so I can have a shower. I was very tired after a very long day and I just wanted to go to sleep, it was the worst experience in my life, never to recommend. I didn’t call the Frontdesk because I was very very tired and just wanted to sleep, but it’s awful that you go to a room that hasn’t been checked before giving it to a customer.

Avoid this hotel. Just really really bad service and the cleaners steal from you.
- the cleaning service cannot be trusted. They have taken our belongings as well as hid some random ladies panties and condoms in our room to fool with us. Also some days when they promise to come to clean the room, they dont.
- big cockroaches in the room, the size of my whole thumb.
- reception does not care about customers. You ask for something and in 5 minutes they have already forgotten. They also dont communicate with each other so if you ask something for the evening etc the next employee wont be aware of it.
- after complaining about some of these problems to the reception, we were given a bottle of sparkling wine that was already gone bad and not drinkable. After drinking just a bit we got sick from it.
- shower water is cold and the temperature cannot be changed

The kind smiling guard some nice employees are the only things that are good in this hotel but sadly it is not enough.

Save your money and go somewhere else. This is not a good hotel at all.

We stayed on two
separate nights after and before catching our flight. Pool area is nice. Definitely overpriced, it must have been nice 10 years ago, but maintenance is bad. Rooms are dirty and bathrooms needs proper renovation. Chairs were stained, weird stains even on curtains.
Also, do not expect breafast to be served on time at 7:00. First nights, it was served at 7:20, all right, than can happen. But the second night we had a flight to catch, and wanted to eat breakfast before, we asked at 7:20 and 7:30, no one could tell us when it would open, we finally left at 7:45, no sign of breafast, nothing was out yet.

The room were pretty average however in the hotel there is an infestation of mosquitoes that wait outside your door for the chance to come in. The service was the worst I’ve ever had at any hotel we stayed for a while week not once did they clean our room, give us soap, give us toilet paper. To the point where we were constantly trying to find some. The breakfast at the hotel is barley edible as there were hairs and shells in the eggs they would only make like 5 baguettes and never make more. The amenities are nice but they are not worth the price. Then on the day of checkout at 8 in the morning while we were still asleep before the checkout time they slammed opened the door. Thank goodness the chain was locked so they couldn’t fully come inside. I wouldn’t recommend stay at a better hotel in your trip. The location and service make it so overpriced to spend even a night here.
