The service was horrible. No one spoke any English at all at the resort. The drinks are watered down and no alcohol. The food is nasty and has no flavor. They only give you a sheet for your bed no blanket. There is a lot wrong with the way they run this place and the lack of quality. It should be everyone is treated the same and it’s not true for the price you pay. Last but not least there was a huge cockroach the size of a mouse that was running around the dining room that they did nothing about when we showed them.

At first, before I came to this hotel/ vacation I thought I wont enjoy it because of the bad reviews i read online. Today is our last day which is bitter sweet for my family and I. To the manager Jean, who was so nice to my family and i, and always complimenting me that i have such a beautiful smile and he said he’s going to miss seeing my smile on our last day. Jean made sure we have the best and comfortable experience on his hotel. The servers at the buffet and bar were also very kind. The server Franklin was so funny every time he comes see us he always greet us and give us some small talk. Special shout out also to the bartenders Robert and the other Jamaican Guy. Both him and Robert made sure they gave us the best cocktails. Its a small hotel but everyone greets you with a smile and their hospitable personality. Lastly, if I were to change anything/recommend anything about this hotel is I hope there will be more restaurants in thr future and we can access the sky bar, because the sky bar was jus so marvellous that everyone should see it. Thank you, everyone who works here for giving us such a wonderful stay

"A place that makes you wish you were home..."
Right out of the bat, all the reviews about the water having a weird smell, the resort having a weird smell, the salt water on the faucet, pool and other areas... Are true.
This place holds a special place in my heart, being on the top of my mind when I think of sticky skin and humid air. Not to anyone's surprise, the experience was not the best, there is no parking, the lobby service is a mess, to put it nicely, we were the only ones there when we arrived and still the checking was like 30-40 min.
In a situation like that you'll say, well, at least let's enjoy what we can, let's get wasted and forget about the bad... The alcohol ran out. Twice in one weekend. When i tell you I was ready to leave by noon on my second day, I'm not lying.
Not all was bad, Evelyn, a bartender, saved the weekend with her services alongside almost all of the staff in the premises, everyone was really putting in the work to make this thing keep going, well, them and a group of Colombian tourists that make the pain go away, even if just a little bit, because it looked like the drinks at the hotel were hitting times two for them.

It was a lovely trip and everyone was super friendly and nice. This is not the Hilton but they make do with what they have and are very accommodating to their guest. The rooms and food are basic, if you are looking for a nice place to vacation but don’t want to break the bank, I recommend. They also have entertainment every evening.
I also would recommend taking pictures on the beach with their photographer (Stepy), they came out great and were affordable!

Stayed at this hotel last week. Had a good experience. Our room was quaint. Small, but that was all we needed as we were only in the room to sleep. It was also on the quiet side which was great. And close / very close to the beach.
But this hotel is Not Beachfront. So no ocean view unfortunately. The food was very good. No complaints.. and lots to choose from.
My only complaint is that in all the resort photos etc it is misleading to the public as we are unable to use or go up to the sky bar unless we pay. And even if we pay the $20 usd then we still could not go into the pool. So I didn't bother.
Also online it stated this hotel was adults only which it was not. I didn't mind. But the hotel which we share the beach with is the adults only 18+ hotel.
Overall I had a good stay. The beach bar was convenient. The snack bar was open until 2am. There was 1 buffet & 1 a la cart restaurant which was fair as well. The resort is small so everything is fairly easy to get to.
And lastly yes the shower is salt water. Lol they give you water bottles in your room to brush teeth as well as for drinking. They also have water refill stations on every level of the buildings. The maids were very sweet. Overall I had a good stay but if your looking for luxury beach front / ocean view then this hotel is Not for you.

When I came to this hotel, it was kind of great. I took a shower in the shower. Water was salty and guess what I found a roach in one of the pools and rooms and the milk in the food is old and moldy milk taste gross and so many flies everywhere in the food. Never coming back here again worst place ever anyways the service was good. But still never coming back.

This was the worst all-inclusive ever! No hot water, food was awful, booze wateres down, sheets filthy and got attacked by feral cat. I sent in a previous request for a room with a balcony and no response and would not honor the request. My room had 2 small windows up next to the other building. No sunlight. Mold in the bathroom also.
Avoid this place at all costs. Also was told transportation was included, and they did not honor that also.

I found it to be really pricy when it comes to the quality of the hotel. The rooms are really old. Bathroom was dirty when I arrived. The water from shower, sink and pool is salty water. The food doesn’t have much quality. Alcoholic drinks were terrible.
The only nice thing was the stuff, everybody was super friendly and kind.

Beach and location was amazing, good entertainment. Food was just average and didn't like how many people smoked here. I am alergic and people could smoke wherever they liked! Great service but beds were just average as well and pillows weren't very confortable.

Substandard resort and accommodation. Don't mislead your prospect patrons. You're not even a 2 star hotel. The room was not prepared. The bathroom smells horrible like sewage. The air conditioner flooded my room. I informed maintenance. They didn't care fixing or transferring me just I am there for one more night. Improve your room especially the bathroom. Food were also substandard. Not a lot of choices. Tasted mediocre. Alcoholic drinks was average ok. Customer service was average. No above and beyond. Your security contacts sketchy taxi drivers that will ask for very expensive fare. Overall, very disappointing stay. Not recommending your property. Expect this review at all social media outlets. At least improve your place, don't rate yourself as a 4-star resort. You're not even close to 2 star.
